Excellent product.
I loved it more then Joseph Marc imported flour. It’s high in gluten.For me it’s only this flour for breads.

Inauthentic Bread Flour
Bread Flour means flour that is naturally high in Gluten. This is maida with added Gluten for which I paid a bomb. And if you were to buy the two ingredients separately (Flour+Gluten), you could get this flour at 1/2 price. Not worth it and not recommended

Good, but content / ingredients not mentioned on the pack or anywhere.
Bread came out very well. But looks like normal Maida flour. Surprisingly the packet contents / ingredients are not mentioned anywhere. I thought it was mandatory to have all details on the packet??

Misleading label
This has a confusing label. "Bread flour" is wheat flour that is naturally high in gluten. This flour is regular maida with gluten added to it. I made bread with it anyway, and my bread didn't even rise so well, even with the added gluten in this flour.
