this mobility scooter was shipped very quickly. It took a lot longer to cut up the box it came in than to put the scooter together. By together I mean just screwing a few things together then installing them and slipping the baskets in place. Very easy. The scooter is very fast and quite narrow so making a hard turn while going fast could be dangerous. It seems to be very well made. The tires are solid {no air} so the problem of getting a flat is nonexistent but, it is defiantly a harder ride. The battery charges fast and like the instruction says, each charge will get the battery to a higher level for that long ride. All in all, I am very well pleased with the scooter and the price.

Great Scooter!!!!! Extremely easy to put together!!!!! Very fast and handles well on pavement and on the ground. Comfortable seat. Love it!!!!! I have taken it out a few times and it handles beautifully!!!! Battery charging is easy and battery is removable for charging so you can leave the scooter in your car and just charge the battery in your house, apartment or hotel room if you are on the road or on vacation. Scooter does come apart easily so you can fold it up and put it in your trunk. Seat height and steering are easily adjustable. Highly recommended if you have limited mobility!!!! Great for all day use at parks, festivals and outdoor events!!!!!

Bought this for my 86 year old mom to join us in walks to the grocery store and long walks in local parks. The feedback is...she loves it. Good stability on sidewalks...even the occasional uneven sidewalk. Good stability of pavement, and even dirt and gravel trails. It fits easily in the back of my BMW x5, overall it is lightweight. Easily folds down, we take the seat off and put in the back of the X5. My husband and I can easily life the scooter into the back of my car with their spots for your hands to lift. Rather than my mom sitting at home...she is able to join us. Great pricing, and great product, and mom approves. Thank you for this making this product and allowing my mom to enjoy life outdoors.

Negatives: Flimsy seat that wobbles. No shock absorbers so when going over broken sidewalks, gravel etc. it is teeth rattling ride. Seems easy to tip over. Be careful on corners! Mirrors wobble and must be adjusted constantly. Has a large turning radius, so not ideal for indoor use if you don't have lots of room to turn. Not good if you have long legs. I am 5'5" and feel jammed in. Doesn't fit well in a gas station market isle, hard to maneuver. No rear lights! even though they look real they are not. Positives: Pretty. Came with mirrors, phone holder, phone charger port, cute effective headlight, battery charger (charger gets hot! place on non-flammable surface when charging!). Will go long distances between charging. Fits on city transit buses fine. Light weight. Good speed! Takes getting used to, but will get around outdoors and parks fine.

Great little get around scooter. Easy and quick to assemble. Battery life is great. (6 hrs use and still had 1/2 battery life). Comfortable seat, adjustable steering column provides for adjusting to fit your reach. Sleek design is very modern. Great investment and very reasonable price

The scooter arrived defective. It would not start and it just beeped loudly. The seller asked me, a disabled person, to get on the floor, turn it over and try to fix it myself. They called me on the phone and wanted to send me a video to fix it. I told them no that I wanted to return it. And they said they would process the return and didn't. I had to file two complaints with Amazon to get my money back. They refused to have the scooter picked up and made me dispose of it. They said, "You can deal with it yourself." I looked into fixing it and it's not fixable because they don't make the parts easily available. So here I am, a disabled person, with a giant scooter in my house, that's unusable and I had to go through a lot of stress to get a refund when I don't have very much money.

I consider this okay for the purchase price but not ideal for me. I am 77 and having walking distance issues. Not impressed with turning radius, so a lot of maneuvering backup and forward to turn in small space. Very careful turning corners and going around curves, etc., feels like could tip so I use the lowest speed. Definitely better for outside use rather than inside. Assembly was fairly easy for my son but not for me, took about 30 minutes. On the positive side, the speed control is nice, mirrors are a plus, cell phone holder good, baskets are useful for small items, seat is comfortable (except on bumps which is expected) and seat can swivel if need be to sit, arm rests are nice and open up for ease in sitting, and headlight is bright with pretty long range. Pretty easy to push in free-wheel mode. Battery charging is easy.
