Q: How many holes for buckle it has?

5 holes, but if it is not enough holes, you can take off the strap to cut for desired size for your waist, easily.

Q: How do i get a replacement? The belt buckle broke after 2 months.

just sending email to buyer and ask for free replacement of buckles, normally you will get one for replacement and one for complimentary

Q: The twisting bracket broke after 5-6 months. Can it be replaced?

I don't know. Look at the manufacturer name and see if they have a toll free # to call. They are more likley to replace it than the store or place where you bought it. Say things like, " I thought you would probably stand behind your products."
