I originally had size medium domes but they kept coming out of my ears. I had to keep pushing them back in. These are large and stay in my ear. I reccomend getting a larger dome if you have the same trouble. I will buy again.

These are perfect for my needs. Nice and small. Fit perfectly in my ear and are comfortable to wear. Very easy to put on. Great value for the money. They functions like they should. So far they are lasting as expected.

I started with very small because at the audiologist, the size they gave me, which was smaller than these, seemed too big, and they seemed to bother my ears. So I got a micro size. Then I saw these big boys and thought I'd try them because the small ones seemed to need to be changed very frequently. So on to these: Pros- Value at first, I was concerned because of experience; however, I was impressed. The bigger size meant they didn't dangle deeper into my ear canal, so they didn't need to be changed. The durability is better than the ones that were too small. The functionality also improved. I have the phonak sphere highest end series that is out as of Jan 2025. They suppress sounds that are harmful to my hearing and enhance speaking sounds. When I had the micro tips, it couldn't do that effectively, but now it works better. It also enhances speaking voices and suppresses background sounds better. So, even an audiologist can get the fittings wrong. Play around with multiple size domes. When a person is new to hearing aids, they don't know what they don't know. Any improvement is an improvement from what they have been hearing, they don't know it could be better with better-fitted ear tips. I bought the 4.0 phonak domes.
