Poor customer service
I have had some problems since the start which have increased. Right at the beginning the speaker made a white noise when turned on which was drowned out with loud volume so didn’t post a great issue. Over time this has however developed into a loud ticking noise when playing music while being charged. Recently it’s developed a fault with charging and the lights show various levels of charge depending on whether its plugged in or not so its hard to tell whether its charging or not and what the level is. When the speaker is off and charging the battery lights flash and the power button flashes red. I emailed them over two weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them after requesting a return, refund or even a repair.
