I’ve been using this at the gym for quite some time. My trainer mentioned since I like to bake, maybe use it at home when I am standing, bending and baking a lot to protect my lower back. It also helps when I am vacuuming, making the bed, etc. There’s a lot of things around the house when I am cleaning that have the back supported this helps with! I kept forgetting to take it back and forth, so I finally broke down and bought one for my gym bag I keep in the car and one for home. They aren’t inexpensive, but my back it worth the expense.

I was very impressed by the construction and the field of this product. I felt that it gave me great support without limiting movement. This back brace provides support and is comfortable. I walk better with the brace on, it is easy to wear under most clothes. The compression is amazing and works well.
