Yes u can use it to seal any leakage ..

Can it block holes in walls where rats enter? Will rats eat it?

Spray foam insulation is an expanding foam that is good for blocking holes. However, mice can chew through it easily. To make it stronger, it can be coupled with wire mesh/brillo pads and expand the foam into/around that, which mice are not able to chew through.

Is this product waterproof ? can i use it to fill hole in wall behind split ac indoor unit to get waterproof seal ?
