Horrible! Save your money. Inhale through a straw and blow, it’s free. Paid money for this only to get the same effects as inhaling frim a straw. No taste. Nothing

Did not help me quit smoking. So had to drag to get any flavor but would possibly help someone else

I love smoking, but I'm not too fond of the smell or aftertaste, so I was looking for an alternative. As someone else mentioned, this won't give you that drag you get from a cigarette, but it satisfies the hand-to-mouth motion (which is my main draw, I think; I like to have something to do with my hands when I walk around outside), so this works for me. If you want a pull you can inhale, this isn't it, but if you're like me and like that hand-to-mouth motion, I think this could work for you too. Plus, it tastes good! It's like a fancy breath freshener without having to insert a mint or use a spray!

I personally wasted my money on this bc it's too light of a flavor and no pull and puff like I enjoyed from a vape. I feel like I could take apart a pen and blow in it and get the same feel. My apologies just being honest for me. Thanks tho thumbs up for a healthy alternative!

This was better than I expected. The flavor and smell is on point for a menthol user. The size is great and if you’re using this to replace cigarettes I’d say it has a similar feel to holding a cigarette. I do enjoy using this and so does my friend who does not smoke because it makes his mouth taste minty. The menthol helps with the throat hit too. No side effects as it’s just flavor.Having said all that, it has not been a game changer in me quitting my vape. I still need more will power I guess. If that day comes, these will be my go to for the hard moments.

I gave smoking last year, but do miss smoking. I had always hated the smell and taste of smoking, but every time I hit a bump in my life I would start smoking again. I quit by using an quit smoking inhaler which had nicotine in it, but wanted to stop using them. This has a fresh taste, but has the benefit of being able to inhale like you do on a cigarette. I will be buying again if needed

These babies are incredible. It's been almost four weeks now that I've successfully quit vaping. I don't miss it whatsoever—zero cravings!—but I DO miss the "reaching/fiddling/raising something to my mouth" habit at times. This comes through in a pinch. The flavour is great, and the size is perfect. Highly recommend!

Pointless product. Get an excel mint and a straw. its the same thing.

If you are unwell and your body can't process fragrant oils I don't recommend this product for you. I have liver damage and these are not suitable for me. I do not recommend this for anyone who is considering giving up smoking or vapes.
