Don’t forget to marinate! How do you say finding nitrate, corned beef but I went to Earth Fare, a store very similar to Whole Foods and they carried it only once a year on St. Patrick’s Day. So glad I had the spice! It is delicious!

Corn beef seasoning.
I added some to the corn beef I by at the market to cook, and it came out much more flavorful. To be fair, I also used a smaller pot that had less water, so maybe it was a combination of both.

Great company, great value
They were really great in wrapping the product I purchased, and they included two extra gifts which were spice packets. I would diffinetly purchase products from them. They are also reasonably priced. Very Happy with my product and purchase.

Great mix of spices
Adding extra spice to corn beef is perfect. Don’t appreciate companies that have political views. This one spice is the only one I will purchase.
