I bought the replacement key from McGard, but it would not work even though the codes matched and the pattern looked good. I think the tire shop may have used an impact wrench on the locking lugs and bent them a bit.I tried this tool and was able to get all four locks off.Make sure to tap the socket down fully on the locking lug with a sledge hammer, then use a breaker bar to remove the lug.You can use the supplied pin with a vice and a sledgehammer to remove.I wish I would have bought this kit first. I think it was even cheaper than the key replacement that didn’t work anyway.

Worth it!
Previous owner said they’d send the wheel lock key to me for these heritage kokoro lugs. Well he never did. There were 16 left on the vehicle, I was able to get a 3/4 socket and get 10 off mainly because they weren’t torqued much past finger tight. Of the 6 remaining no matter what I did I couldn’t get them off. I used that same socket and rounded each one off as there was not a “perfect size” one in the kit. I hammered on the size 19 socket and it ate right into them thankfully. It was a pain and took longer than expected but the tool did exactly as expected and advertised. I blame the shape of the ugly heart shaped lugs and not the kit. This saved me roughly $50 as Heritage won’t just sell you the key. If this kit can take these odd/uniquely shaped lugs off, it can take your circle lugs off no problem. Fast delivery and if I ever lost this kit and needed another, I’d buy it again without hesitation.
