Can I use a paper towel to apply product?

Paper towel should never be used on any surface you care about…should always be using microfiber towels/mitts

Is this ceramic spray?

Yes don't buy product is almost impossible to remove and doesn't work just buy the original rain works the best

Could this product be used on painted surfaces? I don’t like it on glass but don’t want to just throw it away if it can be used elsewhere.

I doubt if it can be used on anything but glass. Make sure you read how to apply the rain X on your window, it works great when put on correctly.

Did anyone else read this a creamy?

Also remember NOT to spray directly onto the windshield. It is to be put on a cloth and rubbed in.

Buen producto, vale la pena el costo

Es cierto, funciona muy bien, los vidrios del auto quedan súper limpios, personalmente primero limpié el cristal con una crema quita gotas para descontaminarlo primeramente, tiene un olor ligero a cítrico según yo. Es agradable y se limpia muy fácilmente después con una toalla de microfibra. Muy satisfecho con la compra. Valió la pena el gasto totalmente.

have looked at the bad reviews and anticipated the problems. The one I got was made in 2021 so I guess all the issues I saw were sorted out. Works very well as a glass cleaner and I have no complaints about that area. The beading? well, the water beads but doesn't strike me as hydrophobic enough to impress me. Maybe it's just because my car hasn't experienced rain that's strong enough to demonstrate its ability. Overall, it's a product that I would gladly recommend.
