Help with mental sharpness
My husband really likes these. They help him when he has an important work meeting. I don’t care for them. The strong “vitamin” taste makes me gag (I’ve tried a couple different flavors).

Obsessed is an understatement! My husband and I both drink a Spark every morning. I find that it tastes great and I have significantly more energy without a crash. I also feel it helps curb sweet cravings. Fruit Punch is our favorite! You can drink it cold or room temperature.
