I love these patches, have recurrent problems with joints and these are perfect, they last also way longer with the heart than they should, which is great as I only need one to cover me for the day. They also come with the little pocket which means you can move around and the patch stays in place.

Heat relief for my knee, but prefer the sticky back option as the support kept rolling.

I really wanted this to work and it helps a little as it provides warmth, but it is so uncomfortable! It rides down and digs into your skin which is a pain if you have trousers on and are trying to carry on with your day to day life. I was constantly pulling it up! It distracted me from my knee pain but was really annoying! I won't be buying again!
