how does it handle scrambled eggs?

These pans are great! Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Pat of butter and I scrambled the best eggs. Made chicken, browned chopmeat, bacon. All came out great.

need covers for bluedimond sauce pans 1QT 2QT

I bought the 2QT Blue Diamond with lid. However, the lid doesn't have a steam hole, which is ridiculous. The optional slow cooker glass lid (w/steam hole) for the 3QT Instant Pot Duo fits perfectly. You can get it here on Amazon for $12

Does the frying pan handle get during cooking?

I have not experienced the handle getting hot while using the frying pan.
