Medium fit perfect for me so id say true to size as I am 5'5" and 145lbs
This sports bra is surprisingly comfortable and supportive for workouts and everyday wear. The material feels soft and stretchy without being too tight. I really like the crisscross back design because it looks cute while still feeling secure. It holds everything in place well during walks, workouts, and errands. The padding stays in place nicely even after washing. I also appreciate that it does not dig into my shoulders like some other sports bras do. Overall this is a great affordable option and I would definitely buy more colors.

These are super cute and great quality for the price. Comfortable fit. I usually wear A small and a small fits well. I have 3, and would buy again. Love the sewn in pads!
