What is the difference between 8oz and 10oz. My son is 27 and about 5'8" 170lbs....trying to figure out what kind

It really don’t matter if it’s just for a work out it only matters if you’re a pro boxer 8oz are for welterweights 147lb and under 10 oz are for junior middle weight 154lb all the way to heavyweights 200+
