Loved the seeds extremely tasty, and healthy! Cereal or an oatmeal or just as a healthy snack added nuts with it ate it with apples and yogurt, mixed with homemade granola.

Perfect mix for seed crackers
Great mix for seed crackers! 1 cup of this mix, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 2tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup boiling water and seasoning. 1hr at 350. Can make batches so easily with fewer steps! Excellent quality.
