To work correctly it needs to be tightened up to pull the shoulders back. I work at a desk. When typing, which is all the time, I have to hold my arms forward and the straps are pulling back the shoulders and it pinches in the front side of the pits. Thus, I had to send them back. Best to use for walking around activities and not ones like gardening, typing, etc.

when it arrived I was actually excited because I've noticed I've been slouching a lot more than usual. Once I put it on and pulled on the straps I didn't feel nor see a difference when looking in the mirror. I figured it was because I'm skinny (skinnier than average), so I let my brother try it on and he too did not fee a difference. Other than a slight pressure on your back it doesn't force your back into the correct position it's just "there".

I have tried so many of these and this one seems to be the best so far. It does seem to not quite tighten as much as I would like it to, but it does keep my shoulders back. This is my first full day of wearing it at work, where I sit at a computer, and it is not letting me slouch. Worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone dealing with rounded shoulders.

Would have given it 5 out of 5 if the surplus strap length was more manageable but all of the products that are like this will have surplus length hanging. It's just something that can be a bit annoying but I'm sure other products will suffer the same pain point. Someone can fix that design - I'd give it another star.

I purchased this at the recommendation of my physical therapist to reduce should pain. It worked! My only complaint is the straps in the front of my shoulder are in the way. That may not be a defect, but a result of my body shape and/or size. Nevertheless, I will continue to use it.

Not sure to be honest. The instructions and explanation for use were very minimal. What seems to be a very straightforward explanation is completely contradicted by saying “don’t tighten to far” at the end of instructions. So it’s rather unclear how tight is just right versus too tight.

This product is well made and it feels great, not too invasive. It has adjustable straps that hold all day long and are not bulky. I read the instructions and it says to use for a set amount of time during the day. I work on an office all day and have felt my shoulders caving and affecting my posture, which gave me some discomfort in my lower back. I wear this under my shirt (with under-shirt) all day long and I can feel the difference in my posture and my lower back pain is gone. Everyone is different and you may need to use as directed, but for me this product is A+. The only thing that I would suggest to the manufacturer is that it would be better if at the end of the strap were it goes down to the armpit, it may need a guide to prevent it from twisting. I can see how this product would be great, but when I received mine one of the plastic pieces that locks the straps in place was put on upside down, so the strap on my right side won't hold against any tension whatsoever. I had to unthread the strap, rethread it backwards, and tie it off in order to get the brace to work. It works now, but I cannot adjust the right side, so I have to leave it preset and finagle myself into the harness, and then adjust the left side to match. Inconvenient, but once its on the device works great.Edit: After leaving this review I received a correctly assembled product in the mail without issue. Editing to 5 star product due to the next-level customer service.
