Worlds apart from a 1080p tv. You will not regret it
I decided to pick this up as a treat for myself. I had been humming and hawing about a proper monitor i stead of the little 1080p tv i was using with my PC. For the price and good reviews i couldn't resist.I've always used hdmi for my pc even with a large tv so i was keen to try display port as the quality is meant to be far better and this has options for both. The monitor is very easy to setup. They include a v shaped stand that slots in. Then you can tilt the monitor up or down or use the mounting holes on the back to attach to a monitor arm.I used a good quality display port cable and from switching on the monitor and pc i was blown away. Pc (win10) auto detected the 2k display and it was beautiful even starting up, with lots of depth. A quick check of the graphics utility and windows display and it was showing at the max resolution and refresh rate.Playing Hitman and AC valhalla they were like new games. I never realised just how blurred and clunky my display was when moving the camera. The refresh rate is flawless and beautiful. For movies the depth of colour and detail is staggering. Anything with a landscape cinematic is breath taking. The settings are controlled by a single push button controller on the back of the display. Long press to switch on/off, move to navigate menus. I like it as it keeps the buttons out of view, but personally i would prefer a dedicated power button/switch. There are lots of settings to choose from and easy ones for your preferred setup including a low blue light level to avoid headaches if you are sensitive. There are no speakers but it does have a headphones line out which is a nice option. I think most people will use bluetooth headphones or speakers, but it's always good to have a backup plan.I've never had a curved screen before, but if you are sitting in the correct position it is wonderful. It feels like the screen is infinite. The only downside is that if you are not sitting in the right position for anything intensive i found it sometimes messed with my eyes.Excellent price and value, great quality. Highly recommended.

Great value for money!
I recently purchased the KOORUI QHD Curved 27 Inch Monitor for gaming, and I have to say, it's a fantastic monitor. The 2560 x 1440P resolution with R1800 curvature provides an immersive gaming experience, and the fast 144Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time ensures that there is no lag or screen tearing. The monitor comes with both DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, making it compatible with a wide range of devices. The narrow bezel on three sides of the monitor gives it a sleek and modern look, and the rocker button on the bottom of the monitor makes it easy to navigate through the different settings. One downside of the monitor is that it can get hot after extended use, but this is expected with any monitor that has such a high refresh rate. The DCI-P3 85% color gamut and game mode provide excellent color accuracy and detail, making it a great choice for gaming or content creation.Overall, I would highly recommend the KOORUI QHD Curved 27 Inch Monitor to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming monitor at an affordable price. The included DisplayPort cable is a nice bonus, and the monitor's performance is unbeatable for its price.

Still works flawlessly even after over 2.5 years
Finally decided to do a review on this. I bought it back in July 2023 so I've had it a while and it has worked flawlessly. I'm not a gamer but I do a lot of graphics work and I've had no issues at all with the graphics. It was easy to set up (well easy-ish) once you figured out how to work the control panel.I have it connected to 2 devices, old laptop with Windows 10 as a second screen, and a newer mini PC with Windows 11 as the main screen and experienced no compatibility issues. Screen size was perfect for me as I don't have a lot of space and the fact that it was 2k rather than the previous 24" 1080p FHD one I had has made a great difference.Watching movies is a great experience too, as is doing graphics work. Web work I have 4 browser tabs open at the same time so can see a lot more without having to keep switching tabs. As they are only a quarter screen windows if I'm using as a second screen with my laptop I tend to prefer spitting the windows in half rather than quarters so don't need to need to scroll as much scroll as much.So am still very happy with this and I've seen a few 27" 4k monitors that I'll be looking at when it's time to upgrade, as really don't have the space for a 32". Obviously you won't get perfection at this price, but it's an excellent monitor and I've had no dead pixels.

Very good for price, performance is actually great for price
I was very pleasantly surprised with the monitor was expecting 144hz turns out it’s 165hz. Display port cable came with monitor, so it’s perfect to just plug in. HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 ports, for Xbox series s users use HDMI 2.0 and you will get 1440p and 120 hzTinkered with the settings had some ghosting with call of duty at the start without optimising it, now I notice little to no ghostingVery good for a 1440p monitor at such a good priceDaily driving it and it’s working great. Adapter with monitor but UK certified plugMy settings to have minimal ghosting, if you’re buying this mess around with itResponse time: fastestBrightness: 100Contrast: 59Sharpness:7Gamma: gamma 1Scenario mode: SRGBDark field bright effect: 0I found these settings to work best for me and get the best quality for content consumption and gamingI tinkered with it for an hour due to ghosting but now I haven’t any issuesFor a budget it’s perfectAlso runs great for Xbox, but just be sure to use HDMI 2.0

Good purchase, read reviews and be aware.
I’ve got this monitor a few months back I saw the reviews and saw the possible issues but I figured I would take the risk because of the Amazon return policy, I am very happy with it.Plugging it in it is in fact showing as 144 Hz so I’m not sure how others got 75. It is noticeably different to my monitors which are 60/75. There is some light ghosting but this has not been in issue for me whatsoever, but your use may vary depending on what you do. I watch media, game and use discord mostly.Picture is good, curve is good, viewing angles good. Overall, really happy for the price. Power is a odd connector (12v?) but it’s all included so who cares. Mine is mounted to the wall, also.

Surprised as to what it is NOT. Awful menu access!
I decided on this model based on price against 'what's in the box'. OLED and 144hz refresh was an option and speakers. Setting it up was faily straightforward after setting input to auto. Cable access to ports once mouted is cumbersome. 144hz refresh was available on both Display Port (USB-C to DP) and HDMI. Audio; could NOT get any audio, either from DP or HDMI. Audio in was also a failure although laptop picked up connection. Thought there were no speakers. I tried EVERYTHING. But I did get a test signal to come through but no audio playing. Bit of a bummer. When I wall mounted I found the menu button an absolute pain to use, the monitor moved as I made adjustments. I'm used to soft touch buttons under screen. A real put off.A USB port would have been nice, to power blue lighting. Odd not to find one.Picture quality was underwhelming, not as bright as my previous LG or Acer. Resolution is very disappointing even at 144hz. It just does not thrill at all. Waking up takes quite few mouse clicks!!Curve is just right. In summation, this is what you get for £169 budget.Return? I can't be asked. As I am disabled this would be a pain. So I will get used to it, perhaps allow some burn in time. I'm afraid the picture quality was really underwhelming especially for a 27" set.The contrast took some setting, the control was not fluid.Although I do have bluetooth speakers I would have liked the monitor speakers to have worked, as an option.Tests were carried out using a new Lenovo Yoga 5i and an ASUS Zenbook (1402 OLED) both with video via USB-C. Both machines had same audio issue.

I bought my son an MSI monitor of the the same spec for Xmas, that was on offer at £189, I like that so much I went back to buy another from Currys for my setup and price has gone upto £230.So I hunted around for another deal and this one kept coming up, so I went for it, I paid £159 with the 10% off.I work from a little and I'm not a big gamer but play a few games Fortnite, Forza, GTA etc. and it's does all that smoothly and without hitch. Everything is in the box you need although it mounted on the Vesa 75 to my existing screen arms. This screen is brilliant and I can't tell the difference between the MSI panel. My Laptop has 240hz refresh and I can't see any difference!Highly recommended for a budget gaming/productivity monitor!

Extremely bad ghosting.
This just arrived today, it was for a child and I reckoned at that price I couldn't get a better deal.Well, I will be returning it tomorrow. Connected it up just a few hours ago, and oh my god, the ghosting is like nothing I've ever seen before. I had cheap 60Hz monitors and expensive 240Hz monitors and never did I see a panel that bad before. The image (still) quality, crispiness and colors are very nice, and the blacks are really nice too. It does the 144Hz as advertised. But to hell with all that if everything that moves on the screen leaves crazy traces.Simply dragging a window around the screen or scrolling down a website/document is like a horror scene...In a FPS shooter the ghosting is so bad it will give you motion sickness.I honestly don't know why this monitor has so many good reviews, either I got a total dud or other reviewers are just pure ignorant to the ghosting.
