THE BEST I HAVE FOUND!
You have to be careful and gradually apply pressure until you hear the eggshell being pierced, but then you must do that with every egg piercing device. What I like the most is that this "tool" can be taken apart for cleaning, which is very important to me. It is best to do the cleaning in a large ziploc type of bag because there are parts under spring pressure which can result in parts flying into elsewhere.

È un'oggetino dal design pulito ed elegante, buca l'uovo senza fatica ed effettivamente una volta bollito sodo o alla coque non mi si è più rotto.

Grand consommateur d’œufs à la coque il arrivait parfois que ces derniers éclatent pendant la cuisson. Sel, vinaigre et recettes de grands-pères n’y changeaient rien. Et puis j’ai découvert ce bidule qui ma fois me satisfait pleinement. Mais mais mais… attention mesdames et messieurs, on ne vous dit pas tout ! Il faut percer côté poche d’air de préférence dé-li-ca-te-te-ment. La poche c’est le côté le plus arrondi. Mais ce n’est pas tout, non. Il faut cuire l’œuf côté percé en haut, sinon boum. Et si vous poussez la cuisson plus avant, genre 7mn30 pour obtenir des œufs durs mais moelleux, vous obtiendrez une forme parfaite et si vous avez eu l’intelligence d’ajouter une poignée de gros sel à l’eau de cuisson et ensuite de plonger la bête dans de l’eau bien froide, l’écaillage sera un jeu d’enfants.
