Why does a syringe and some ballons cost so much..

The Novoglan Gentle Foreskin Stretcher is a regulated medical device and all components are manufactured in TGA/FDA approved facilities to the highest standards. The assembly and packaging is also undertaken in a medical grade facility. The cost to advertise and market each kit is approximately 50% of the price. Amazon also take a fee of approximately $20 per kit as there fee and charge for selling on Amazon - which brings seller and buyer together. I hope that helps.

Tried everything and found this

Had it a week now already seeing improvement with the silicone balloons after trying alot of things ...going to keep using but most happy with this just wish silicone balloons refills were on Amazon too but very happy with this

Overpriced & not effective.

Thick silicon crashed the first day. Another on day 5. It does not control position. Extremely overpriced! Rings kit by other vendor for one fifth price is addressing problem effectively.
