El concepto está bien y funciona mientras dura,pero la calidad de el material interior que se incha es pésima y se revienta o perforaby pierde aire asiq deja de poder incharse, pedí 1 y se reventó en el tercer uso,reclamé al vendedor y me mandó otro gratis y a pasado lo mismo...no merece la pena

Compré este dispositivo porque a veces tengo mucha tensión en el cuello, y la verdad me sorprendió. Es muy fácil de usar, solo lo colocas, lo inflas un poco y listo. Se siente cómodo y ayuda a estirar suavemente el cuello, lo que me da bastante alivio después de un día largo. También me gusta que lo puedo usar tranquilamente en casa mientras descanso. En mi caso, ha sido una buena compra.
