I like that it contains compartments for 31 days instead of the normal 28 day ones. I gave it a 3 because the compartments are in groups of 5 and are not permanently fixed. Each 5 day compartment comes out easily

My husband and I take a shocking number of pills each morning and evening. These pill cases are the only ones I have found that will hold all of our pills without me having to fit them in like puzzle pieces. Hallelujah I have finally found something that works! The quality of the materials could be a little better. I worry that the lids of the individual compartments will not last long. But for now, so far so good. I wouldn't be as concerned about that if they were either less expensive or a little better made so I deducted one star for value/money

I have always had trouble remembering things, and my weekly pill container led me to forget to renew one of my prescriptions in time to maintain my daily doses multiple times. This one makes it very easy to note whether or not I've taken my pills for the day, and lets me know how many are left before I need to renew. It really helps. The fact that the containers come in packs of four means that I can bring the current few days with me if I like. The containers open easily and close securely. The labeling of each box is easy to read and durable. It can lie flat or stand up like a little advent calendar, which is good for saving space. The plastic is well shaped, no irritating sharp edges or leftover plastic from molding. I have no complaints. Worked well for what I needed it for, currently reaping the benefits.

My mom has dementia, and instead of asking if she’s taken her meds, I can SEE if she has. Before I would ask and she would say yes and I would believe that, but find out later she actually had not. This organizer keeps her pills organized, I give her one section for 4 days worth, and trade it out for the next 4. So much easier to keep track! I only have to fill it once a month, so it’s a real time-saver. I’m actually coming back to get one for myself~ it’s that convenient!

It's nice to be able to lay out 30 days worth of medication. I also like the ability to remove the 4-day compartments to pack when I travel. My only disappointment is that I have used this so much that the numbers on each compartment are starting to wear off. I guess I'll either write them back in with a sharpie or just order a new one.
