SeSe Code Long Sleeve Empire Waist Tops for Women Casual Fall to Wear with Leggings

I wear size 16 top. The sleeve fit exactly to my arms. My weight is carried in the belly so my arms are not large. The fabric is part spandex and stretches far more than plain polyester. The pink version is longer in the front - shorter in the back. A women with a larger bust would have a perfect hemline. I love the feel of the fabric - and I don’t like man-made fabrics. The weave of this fabric is excellent. The top feels like cotton with spandex so I suspect the fabric content is mislabeled. There is no content tag on the garment. There is piling as another reviewer reported but cotton knits almost always pile a little. The pink is muted - not bright - which for my taste is excellent. I have worn this garment in 75 degree to freezing weather and various indoor temperatures. The garment breathes which is also why I suspect cotton content. The garment has been washed several times and dried til damp in an electric dryer without any noticeable fading or shrinking. It travels well and does not show stains - took a road trip and ate in the car - yeah - Subway hot tuna melt drips. Wrinkles fell out after being packed in a small carry-on luggage. So I suspect the spandex keeps the wrinkles from staying. As someone else reported, this garment does not not fit close to the body which I love. The garment gives me a shape without clinging. This makes the garment comfortable in many leisure and work situations - and for nursing moms. I remcommend dressing it up with some cute costume jewelry and dangling earrings. Looks good with leggings, fitted slacks or jeans. Your accessories or bottoms dress it up or down. I plan to purchase another color. Some have commented on the cost being too high. People pay twice as much for less quality at retail box stores. The only 2 quality control issues were no fabric content labels and a very long string of stitches that someone forgot to cut. I sew and can say the the pink version was well made. If you received a low quality garment - return it immediately. I am tough on my descriptions and heavily depend on these reviews before purchasing a product. If I reordered I would order a 1X. I have lost count how many times I washed the garment before piling occurred. I have attached a photo of the long front which pregnant women or larger in the front women can use for comparison. You can see that the sleeves have lots of extra space on a size 16 wearing a XXL. I could easily fit the 1X. The second photo shows the piling magnified on camera. I washed the garment with a dark color which turned the pink to a salmon which was okay but another reason I believe there is cotton in the fabric content. I don’t get compensated for my reviews, so I can afford to write an honest review. I hope you found this review helpful in your decision making process. Oh - if you don’t like the piling, hand-wash and hang to dry. The washing instructions say “machine wash under (can’t read because it’s faded)“ - “cold iron” - “do not tumble dry” -“do not bleach” - “dry flat.” The consequence of not following instructions is the piling. The next garment I order I will follow the instructions or at least know the consequences if I don’t. Hope this extra info helped.

I have a hard time purchasing clothing online because I'm tall, curvy, and disproportionate. (5'10", +250 lbs.) I used the measure guide and it told me to purchase a 2XL, but honestly it's a little big and I could have gone with a 1XL. I'm keeping it still, I'd rather it be a little big than a little small. I like the feel (soft and comfy), it hides my chunky mid-section, and it's a good color. It's flattering to both my large chest and hiding my mid-section. I washed it in my machine on cold, gentle cycle and still looks great. Will be handwashing on an upcoming trip. Definitely satisfied with this purchase. Debating on getting more in various colors.

I bought several of these in different colors. The darker blue is the largest and best for me. I notice that with any brand, there are differences in the material types and sizes if I buy several of one type of item. These shirts are no exception. The black with flowers is more of a cotton knit. The teal, burgundy, and dark blue are more of a shinier polyester knit. The teal and burgundy run a bit smaller. I hold my weight in my upper body area with breasts, stomach, back, and larger arms. The burgundy was the tightest. So if you want a larger size, I would go with both the dark blue and black design. They are lovely shirts regardless and still would buy again.

I really like the color and the fit of this top. I've purchased several of them this year and find them comfortable and a good fit. The colors tend to fade over time, so I've learned to wash them in cold water with colorfast detergent like Clorox 2 for colors, followed by hanging to dry in indirect sunlight. This slows the fading process and keeps them looking great. I also like the price on Amazon after comparing to other sites.

Sleeves are a bit long. Fits nice and loose. The color is not as vibrant as in the picture but goes well.with khaki pants. The fabric is soft and washes well without shrinkage

This coming from a large girl, I am very impressed with this product. Very beautifully designed, does the fabric justice, very soft and comfortable, and most importantly, it's designed perfectly because the armpits are exactly where they need to be so when you lift your arms the shirt stays where it's supposed to. Thank you to whoever is the designer/s on these shirt, I will be buying more products from you in the future and will be spreading the word for sure. Good work and good products deserve to be noticed and appreciated.

I hate ordering clothes because I never know if it will fit. I am 5”1, 130lbs. I ordered a M. It is a loose fit and the sleeves are a bit long for me (common problem when you’re petite). It is not too big to wear, just loose. I tend to wear tight fitting clothes. The material is very soft and stretchy. I like it so much I’m going to order another in one of the other prints,

If this had come in a small then it would probably have been perfect. But at the time of ordering medium to med/large was my option. I'm 5'5.5" and 120lbs and a small would have been better for me. It's a pretty color (blue/gray) and has a nice flair and flow to the fabric. Works really well over leggings as it's quite long so covers everything for a more dignified yet comfortable look. I really don't need to see everyone's butt in leggings and nor do I need to display mine ;-) That said, beware of 'gappage' in the neckline when bending over. I wear a camisole for that purpose and find this a very comfy shirt.
