Helps with stress and insomnia.
I wish I would’ve known about this sooner! definitely worth the cost, I’d rather pay a little more than to take pills. The flavor is good if you don’t mind grainy. Easy to swallow and doesn’t make my tummy hurt. I want to try their other products. Great for daily stress and nighttime sleep.

Was worried how this would taste, as I’m very picky. But it tastes great in my chai lattes! Flavors work well together. I also don’t hate it plain but I like it mixed. But I’ve noticed a difference in POTS symptoms while taking this

So far so good! Taste really sweet but it's better than swallowing a pill.

Great mag supplement-not so great taste
They are great supplements for magnesium. I definitely feel a different in my depth of sleep. Meanwhile, they also taste not delicious. It’s some kind of oily nutty-ish butter flavor. A struggle if I’m honest. Wish they made them in peppermint or something.

Best Mg option I have found
This is exactly what I was looking for. A non-tablet/capsule option for Magnesium that tasted great, third party tested and easily digestible. This checks all the boxes. These taste great in a cup of tea or coffee or just straight out of the package.

Excellent product I take it before night and it improved my sleep and my rest time. I would recommend it to anyone

It certainly works
I've noticed a real change ever since taking these. Easier to fall asleep, stay asleep and anxiety has been more manageable. It has also helped my muscle cramps while working out (no cramps!) I take these with my dinner in the evening but you can also take it in the morning if you need magnesium support throughout your day.
