Great mag supplement-not so great taste
They are great supplements for magnesium. I definitely feel a different in my depth of sleep. Meanwhile, they also taste not delicious. It’s some kind of oily nutty-ish butter flavor. A struggle if I’m honest. Wish they made them in peppermint or something.

Flavor is Delicious!
Just took my first packet today and obsessed with the ease of the pouch and being able to travel with it. I have POTS and magnesium is a must for me so I thought I’d give this one a try. Initial thoughts on the flavor, I love it, I took it straight from the packet and for me it tastes like rich sweet coffee or something and I’m a fan of coffee ice cream and coffee flavors and scents so this was a big yes for me on flavor! I’ll come back with an update on effectiveness ✨

I’ve never left a review for all these years that I’ve been using Amazon. But I just opened this now and I was absolutely shocked how sweet it was. I can’t believe I spent $70 on something like this. It is definitely not for healthy people.

Works but not worth it
This supplement works wonders but it tastes absolutely disgusting. I had to choke this down every night with a chaser in order to not waste my money and actually use every packet

Too expensive for no results
Save yourself $68 - for the 28 count box makes each packet $2.42 a packet. Get another magnesium supplement that actually works. I bought it to help with sleep, & cognitive function. Took the whole box, & felt no real change. Other magnesium supplements, I noticed help with sleep within a week. Also, Cymbiotika offers a 60 day money back guarantee, that is not honored when purchased through Amazon or another third past seller. You can only get your money back if unsatisfied when purchased directly through their company.
