Top Quality 1/4" Soldering Plugs!.
I simply still prefer a soldered 1/4" low Z guitar connector. Good quality, great price!!! "Do Not" through away those old chords. Simply replace the old 1/4" plugs & repurpose like new!!! Heck; the old wire is probably better than new wire!!!

Very solid plugs that are easy to solder
I've been making my own cables for over 40 years. I've still got some that are nearly that old. They are built to last. Make your own cables. You get the length you want and it's more economical.

Excellent Product at an Excellent Price
They worked well. A little larger sleeve would have been nice but for what they are they work very well.

connections are flimsy.
Well the 1/4' jacks. Like many things made today these are not made like they used to be. The soldering spots are thin and weak. They can break off easily so you have to soldering them very carefully. But they do work. You just need to be careful with them.

Work well on old guitar chords.
I bought these for my husband, who had guitar chords with plugs that needed replacing. Better quality than the original plugs on the chords, which was really surprising for price. They were easy to solder on, too. My husband is very pleased.

Decent Value for 10
They work, and seem sturdy enough . . time will tell. Much better than previous garbage I purchased that were gold tipped (but obviously painted) so they didn't work at all. Good value for a 10 pack.

No cable support sleeves
I realised why these are called "Jumbo". Because they are nice and easy to solder up. Plenty of space between the 2 connecting points. A lot easier than some others I've used. The only problem, and the reason I haven't giving more stars, is that no support sleeves are provided. I reckon these are important when cables are bent a lot near the plug, as is inevitable on guitars. Nicely made too. Just needs those support sleeves.
