Q: Do these work on 12/3 in home like a ju,ction box??

There is no right or wrong answer as any person answering would need more details. These glands only grip round cable so it won't grip 12/3 Romex and the only critical thing is diameter - there are various sizes so you need to look up a PGXX size chart like the one on Bud Industries web site and there are lots of different sizes of 12/3 round. As a vastly simplified giuess I would say that one of these sizes will probably work for 12/3 round rubber insulated cable in a hole in a load center or junction box. The outside diameter of 12/3 is typically around 11mm so you could use a PG13.5 or a PG16 as the size range would fit in either.

Q: What material are the rubber gaskets/seals?

These do not come with rubber washers to go between the gland body and box they’re connecting to. NOT WATERPROOF as advertised.

I can't tell you for sure. But there are several sizes from just under 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. They compress the wires well but I feel they are to long if you have close length clearances. If the wires are not sheathed on the outside the internal wires you may have waterproofing problems. Hope this helps. I still like and recommend these.

Q: Will these fit 10awg wire

This kit has an assortment of sizes, that will fit wire from .12" in diameter to .51" in diameter. ( About 1/8" to 1/2"), so if you know the outside diameter of your 10awg wire you can figure out the fitment. The "sealing" grommet is pretty flexible, and I have used the glands on duplex wire (2 strand, it's more oval than round). It's a great kit with a good assortment. If the smallest size doesn't tighten enough for your 10awg, perhaps a few wraps of electrical tape,where the wire passes through the gland would allow it to tighten up.
