The fit of these is amazing. I have big thighs and these are so comfortable. They are extremely lightweight! The inside liner is a bit larger than other running shorts, but still supportive and comfortable! I’m going to buy these in every color.

the internal panty is a little large but not too bad that it detracts from the shorts or comfort.

Wow. I have soffe ranger panties and have worn them for years, sometimes though I hate how ridiculous they look, these are better running shorts, they don't hold moisture, they are not long at all, not like basketball shorts that rub, NOTHING about them is uncomfortable. I'm going to save a few bucks and buy at least 6 more. I wear 36" jeans and L fits perfect

I knew there was a chance these would fit just slightly smaller across the hips, as described, but I'm okay with it, as it's not uncomfortable. If I were to have gone up a size they'd be too big. The picture is a little misleading as the actual length of the short is not as short as it looks. They do cut higher up on the thigh, but again, I appreciate it, and it's really the main reason why I bought them. These are for "veteran" runners, or for folks who want a cute pair of shorts.

Seems like good quality fabric and worksmanship but they were not a good value and I wished I'd paid under $10 for these. They are cut for a different, either slender or feminine body. The shorts have a 5" inseam but the side taper way up on the side and don't have as boxy of a look as in the picture. And it should have been obvious from the description but these have no pockets, not even a hidden small key pocket in the waitband, other than an odd back pocket on one side with a button enclosure which didn't seem that practical. Further, the inside liner is way too long. Finally, these are not a standard blue, but rather a dark turquoise or cyan, dark but with almost as much green as blue (to my eyes). There is no branding on these shorts and they should be considered "generic", and therefore overpriced above $12. Still, the stitching was perfect, which you rarely find in name brand apparel. Probably best for the younger athlete whose body has still not quite fully filled out. Good for unisex use as well.

Finally some shorts that don't ride when I walk/run! I've looked everywhere for women's shorts that aren't too short and not knee length. I'm not young and my thighs definitely aren't. I wanted longer shorts that wouldn't ride up in my crotch when I walk. Look no further. These are sort of V-shaped. Longer in between thighs, shorter around the outer thighs. I don't want to feel like/dress like an old lady. These are cute even with a little more coverage! The waist is high and fits well. I will be buying every color they offer!

Purchased product three separate types and the wrong size was sent every time. This is unfortunate because the shorts are very good. Requesting a full refund.

These are great shorts. They dry quickly and are light weight. And if you are like me, you can really appreciate the liner inside and not have to worry about dirtying another piece of clothing. They don't stretch, so they are not ideal for doing squats in, but you can make it work as long as you are cognizant of their limits. Also, the Navy no longer uses these, they went to some crappy design and cut to appease people who don't like wearing short shorts.
