I'm not great with installing tech-related anything but I wanted to protect my phone for when I run or exercise. Enter this protector and my previous thoughts that I only needed a good case or that screen protectors weren't worth the money are out the door! Installation was super easy, despite me putting it off because I was intimidated. The guides were really helpful and the installation process took less than 15 minutes, though I think this could be a lot shorter since I took awhile to clean it. Application/setting it was a breeze though and it practically did it itself with how easy it was. You are able to move the screen when it's still not attached/bound to the phone, so you won't waste or mess up application like other screen protectors. (no issues with air bubbles or corners pulling up either) I don't see the screen protector, especially since it's corner to corner protection which is awesome since I dislike the look of protectors that you can see. So far, no issues with scratches, cracking or anything which makes me think that this will last and protect my screen well as someone who tends to drop their phone by accident. The only thing that I notice is that I have to press a bit harder occasionally to type/etc. which I expected from a sturdy cover, but I am a fairly soft "typer/presser" so it might just be a me thing; also, the typing does not affect me most of the time and does not make my usage less efficient at all. Also, I have had no issues with Face ID, apple wallet or front camera photos. Overall, 100% recommend (+ have recommended to friends/family already!) and would purchase again if I needed it. Affordable, super easy to install for anyone and it's good quality for THREE 9H SCREEN COVERS! *I'd post a photo of my phone but this screen cover is so good, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a phone without a cover versus having a cover!

Glass screen protectors all over the place, and they're all seemingly the same. Of course, they're actually not, but it can be difficult to figure what's different when they're all sold as "glass screen protectors" with "scratch resistance" and "full screen protection." What brought me to this protector was the truly full screen coverage; many of the screen protectors for the iPhone X/11 series of phones follow the shape of the actual screen on the phone, leaving the "notch" unprotected. This one, by contrast, is a solid piece of glass with a small cut-out for the speaker. Nice! Some other comments: - As has become standard with most protectors, the installation frame works well and resulted in a perfect fit on the first try in my case. The other standard "extras" - a wet wipe, dry wipe, and "dust remover" stickers - are also included. - I've only had the screen protector installed for a few days, but so far this protector is very scratch resistant. The screen is still crystal clear despite tumbling around in my pocket. With previous screen protectors, I've noticed that the quality can decline over the course of weeks to months, so that's still a risk here (and I'll update the review accordingly if that ends up being the case). - Unlike protectors made with lower quality materials, this screen protector is indeed crystal clear with no distortion in the quality of screen that I can appreciate it. Cheaper protectors will sometimes add a light haze or some very subtle distortion to the screen that makes the image less clear. That's not the case here, and particularly with the true edge-to-edge protection, the screen protector is entirely invisible. I doubt that someone looking at my phone in passing would even know that a screen protector was installed. Overall, this is certainly above average in terms of the quality of the materials based on other screen protectors that I've tried. The inclusion of three sets of protectors and wipes is always a nice touch in case an accidental drop cracks the protector. As mentioned above, the proof will be in how long the protector lasts with respect to resisting scratches, not becoming hazy and degrading the screen quality, etc., but out of the box it's excellent. Buy without reservations!

Installation was easy. The guide fit correctly and snugly on my phone and was perfect for placing the screen protector. I had no trouble putting my otterbox symmetry case on after the screen protector was installed. This screen protector is also compatible with the otterbox defender case as that is what my husband has with his phone. This screen protector covers the entire screen minus the microphone slit in the top. It doesn’t interfere with Face ID at all. It also seems to hold up well to some abuse. I have a 1 year old who occasionally gets my phone and either tries to chew on it or throws it across the room. Neither of those things has scratched the protector. My husband is a contractor and is notoriously hard on phones and their various protective devices. So far no scratches on his either despite being in his pocket and being exposed to dirt, dust, and debris. Overall great value for the price paid and simple install. If we ever manage to break these I won’t hesitate to order another set. ***update 11/11/19*** Somehow my screen protector got cracked over the last few days. I haven’t had any major drops with my phone. I honestly don’t know how it got cracked. My husband picked my phone up off the dining room table and noticed it. I hardly have any scratches on it but now theres this hardly noticeable crack that runs along the middle of the screen protector. Guess I’ll be buying a new one on payday.

I purchased these TETHYS full screen protectors for two iPhone XS Max’s. These protectors replaced the BodyGuardz installed by the AT&T store. To my surprise, these protectors were more clear than the BodyGuardz. I watched several 4K HD videos in both CGI animation and live action. I had one of these on one and a BodyGuardz on the other. I had them stacked on top of each other to compare real time. Consistently the TETHYS protectors showed more clarity and detail. The installation was fairly simple, like any other screen protector. Except these come with a nice guide that clips on the phone. Line up the top of the protector with the top of the bracket and slowly drop in place. Super simple. To those that complained about bubbles or not sticking, I didn’t experience any of this. On either phone. I have installed literally dozens, if not hundreds, of screen protectors over my lifetime (I’m a tech fanatic and work in the IT industry) and these are the same as any others of “quality” I’ve used or installed. The installation method and attention to detail is crucial. The screen of the phone needs to be painstakingly clean of all dust, oils, etc. The included wet and dry wipes as well as the stickers helped, but I did rely on my own microfiber cloth I use on my Rayban sunglasses. This allowed me to scrub to make sure it was clean as could be. Another tip is to look at the screen from all angles in the light to find anything missed. After you lay the screen and the air starts to move out, look for missed specs of dust. If you see one, carefully peel it back up from the closest corner and use the included dust stickers to remove the dust from the protector or phone screen. If you have a stubborn bubble, raise it up in the same manner and let it fall again, assisting with sticking that part first. Installation was flawless on both our phones and I’ve used them a week now without any issues whatsoever. I use these with several different cases, including the (now returned) BodyGuardz from at&t, a few knockoff from those mall kiosks (the better half likes the pretty ones) and Otterbox Symmetry’s. The only downside I can think of is the lack of a microfiber cloth in the kit. To me, this is a necessity to get a good clean surface to adhere to. I strongly recommend these. Don’t pass them up. Don’t waste your money on $40-$60 ones from the stores. Those are not always better, as I have now proven. Lifetime warranty means nothing when you have to pay for shipping on the new ones (Zagg). Shipping is as much as 3 new ones like this. For me, I’m a Tethys for life!

I think the world of glass screen protectors has become overly complicated and too hyped with new things like "chemically treated" glass to justify $40+ protectors. For me, I view glass screen protectors as expendable items, meant to be replaced vs. one glass protector to last forever. I go for lesser priced, high quality glass that comes in 2x or 3x pieces for backup vs. 1 piece of the absolute best glass money can buy. To me, my way, I get the same performance for less. And I've done this for all of my high priced iphones. So yes, I'm comfortable using "lesser" glass to protect a $1500 phone and have done so for all previous iphones since the iPhone6+. The problem with glass screen protector brands is that they all come and go. The established ones like Belkin, Spigen, etc. are too expensive. Glass screen protectors are low margin items but if you put the effort to look, you can find a high quality protector that's just as good as the established brands for less. TETHYS had high ratings and was one of a few protectors I bought. I usually buy a few brands because not all are made equal, especially for a new iphone release. In the past, I've gone through as many as 5 different brands before finding a good one. It's frustrating as heck. Which is why I'm happy to say that TETHYS worked for me first time. Nowadays good glass protector brands include an installation frame to ensure PERFECT alignment. I'm from the days of installing by hand and there were those times when I burn a protector due to misalignment or dust. I've gotten really good at free-hand install using the tape method and moving my installs to the bathroom (steam shower going). While I do think it's kind of a waste of plastic that goes into our landfill, it did make the installation a super breeze with PERFECT results. I've installed this on two iPhone 11 Pro Max's flawlessly within minutes!! This package is great! It doesn't come with the typical 2 protectors but THREE of them! The first thing I noticed with the protectors is that they felt high quality due to some "heft" in them. They felt heavier than the typically glass protectors I'm used to. It doesn't come with the cheap plastic film that you peel off but a nice hard plastic backing to protect the adhesive. It comes with all the wipes and dust stickers. It would have been nice if a small micro fiber cloth and rubber squeegee was included (but I already had so many of those from before). But I'd totally give those up for the convenience of the installation frame it came with. Install was a super breeze and the adhesive is nice - no bubbles, uniform adhesion all the way to the edge. I went with this protector because I prefer full coverage, edge-to-edge, protectors that do not have the notch cut-out. I hate that. Some reviewers complained the black border interfered with FaceID. I have experienced no such issues on both the phones I installed this on. There's about a 1mm gap from protector to edge of phone screen. It's been "case friendly" on all the cases I've used including - Spigen Tough Armor, Spigen Quartz Hybrid, and the OULUOQI clear TPU case. For the OULUOQI case especially the gap is even narrower such that you get this nice continuous feel from case to protector, making it feel like a bare phone (my review of the case provides more detail). Touch performance and clarity are flawless for me. Durability? Only time will tell. Overall, the TETHYS is a very nice quality screen protector for a GREAT price. Even after installing on two phones, I have one more as a backup. Again, I believe in buying high quality but cheaper cost screen protectors, replacing as needed vs. that one uber expensive screen protector with more bells and whistles, ratings, etc. (ex. Apple Belkin). At the end of the day, the protector is made of glass and glass, no matter how strong, can/will break eventually.

Wow! This is one of the best screen protector. I really like the the screen shield guide, that helps keep it aligned. Putting on is easy. The tough part was to remove all the bubbles. I went through two of them for I could not get the bubbles out. After letting it set over night , some did disappear. But some did not. One of the worst things is trying to read something with bubbles in your way . I wrote the company, and their response was excellent. As well as a couple of tips. Here a good rule of thumb. Take a Cotten ball, and some rubbing alcohol, clean the screen, and then use a clean none scratch Cloth to dry the screen. Then use your dust collectors, for any invisible to the eye lint. Now this part, pay close attention! Put the screen protector shield on the phone. Once you put the screen protector on the phone. Don’t push done on the screen protector. Put one thumb at the bottom of the phone on the screen protector. Then put your other thumb on the top of the phone on the screen protector, and use you others fingers to pop off the screen guard shield. Once that guard is off. You will see like a shadow spreading out over the screen this is the air bubbles. Let spread first. Once it stops spreading. Take a clean non-scratch cloth, and your thumb where you see the bubbles that are still there. Press your thumb behind the bubble and slowly push the bubble out. Don’t stop pushing until your thumb slide off the edge of the phone. Do this for each bubble. Believe me, I went through two of these screen protector. Until I took the tips the company gave me. But! The best tip is don’t push on the center of the protector screen while the guard is still on the phone. It will trap a lot of bubbles, all over the screen face. And it is hard to remove them. Last piece of advice! Patients. But I really like this smooth slick sensitive screen no more double tap and trying to open up a web page, very sensitive touch Bingo up, pops the web page or email. Hope this help a lot of my friends who are novelist at this as I am. I even brought more just for back up. That’s how much I believe in this product. That’s why I only gave rating 4 , for installing. Tough to get those bubbles out, and if you keep lifting the screen protector, to remove them, it just added more and then the back sticky side begins to dry out. Good luck. You won’t be un-happy. Once it is on. Very little finger prints. Just a great product.

I had to write this review after reading some pretty ridiculous bad reviews on here. These screen protectors are by far one of the best deals on all of Amazon. 3 for $7.99 at the time of this review. I have bought and installed between 30-40 on my own personal phones over the years. (From the flimsy crappy plastic ones 12 years ago to the rubbery ones installed with soapy water (zagg) and now numerous tempered glass, I go through 3-5 year as I enjoy a clear, scratch free surface). I’ve purchased the Z invisishield and many other amazon ones. These are just as good of quality as the $30 ones, but they look way better with the edge to edge and the full top coverage without the notch cut out. **anyone who has bubbles left over after installation is doing one of two things wrong! 1: not cleaning the phone properly and having a dust free area!!!! Or 2: the big random air bubbles. These will simply push out if you just take your thumb and press down and out toward the edge, simple as that!! Also: ****these are not MAGIC, they will not prevent your phone screen from EVER cracking. It’s meant to HELP strengthen, absorb SOME impact, and save your screen from scratches****. If you expect more protection than that, then you need to go out and buy an otter box case or one of the like. 95% of installation errors are most likely user error, and I’m probably being generous with the 5% for product error, it’s most likely less than that.

Ordered for iPhone 11 Pro max. I was kind of hesitant to order these because I saw the outline of black around the glass (I worked for a cell phone company for 12 years and the black border usually indicated that the screen protector was only adhering at the edges, leaving the middle with a slight gap - we saw this mainly on Samsung’s with curved screens) however, it had such good reviews, I went for it. I am so glad I did. These are literally THE. BEST. SCREEN. PROTECTOR. I. HAVE. EVER. USED. And I’ve used a lot. *it really is edge you edge - so much so that you can not tell there is a screen protector on, it is so seamless. * the application goes flawlessly, so long as you follow instructions. (Most importantly, using the provided stickies fo remove all dust). The guide is perfect and snaps on your phone so there’s literally no way to put it on crooked. *touch works perfectly- screen protector doesn’t inhibit it at all *texture of screen protector is smooth and doesn’t seem to fingerprint as badly *even though it is edge to edge, putting a case on did not lift the screen protector in any way *shipping was as stated!!! Really great product - couldn’t recommend more!! Updated 3-14-20 to add: this is STILL the most amazing screen protector. No scratches- no cracks - no bubbles. I typically have a crack in my screen protector within a week because I do drop my phone a lot. Also, with the last 4 iPhones I’ve had, I will put a screen protector on, and within days, there’s always a long weird bubble that forms towards an edge- NOT WITH THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR!
