Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Water Slide Swimming Pool Play Center with Built in Sprayers for Kids and Adults, Ages 6 and Up, Blue

When we received the slide we noticed the middle part wouldn't stay inflated. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent a new slide right away. There are 5 places the slide is blown up - 3 large pieces, 2 blue & 1 white and 2 smaller pieces that can be quickly blown up by mouth. It maybe took 15-20 minutes to blow up all together. My children love to play on this slide (5 & 9). We had some older kids come play and they went down the slide even faster. There is an inflated "platform" that sits on the water so younger kids can stop at the bottom. For the older kids the platform seemed to move with them so they slid right in the water. The water feature of the slide helps the kids slide down faster. There are 4 holes in the back of the slide to help the kids climb up. These holes fill up with water, so It's important at the end of the day to get the water out so it can dry. If the water stays it can get yucky. My daughter who has autism can climb up with ease using the set holes. There is another inflated platform on the side with the holes in case a child falls. This slide was hours of fun for my children. Would buy it again!

This is an awful product that is not made well, and has terrible customer service to back it up. Got the slide, wasted time setting it up. It was slightly loosing air right away. However. In first use, it popped with a softball sized hole underneath. Water from my pool started to enter through the hole. I initiated the return but chatted and called to let them know that it has Water inside. I was told to make a hole and rip it to allow the water to flow out. I did what I was told and got the slide back into the box when I was done and dragged it to the store to ship back. Its a very heavy box and you cannot fold this slide back the way they did so the entire return was an awful experience and I was happy to get it over with. However, my story does not end there. This seller the charges me a re stocking fee due to THE CONDITION of this slide. What is wrong with the condition you ask? It was due to the holes and riops in the slide THAT THEY told me to make and what originally caused this slide to deflates. I'm not joking when I saw it used this slide for 15 - 20 minutes maximum when it ripped for no reason. This is a terrible experience and I urge everyone to AVOID this product and ANYTHING from this seller!!

OMG, seriously folks. Can I just tell you that buying this in coordination with the COVID lock down was the best purchasing decision ever (and I wasn't drunk shopping either!!) Besides the obvious awesomeness that it is to have a bounce house style slide, which basically makes my son and nephew and their bff (neighbors daughter) go ape sh!t at pool time, let me give you my experience... First, I've had the slide for about 4 weeks, set up next to my pool, under direct Florida sunlight. My 70# dog has dug at the sides (he's constantly hunting lizards). It has been jumped on countless times as if it were a bounce house at a birthday party. The kids have done front flips and back flips and penguin slides and walrus slides. They have climbed up, they have "surfed" the floaty thing, and they have moved it from one side to another on my pavers. I have NOT had to reinflate it. It has held up to the chaos of three 6 year olds for 4 weeks. It was EASY to set up (if you have a shop vac or some other large air blower) and took about 15 minutes to inflate. It seems to be awesome quality. If you have chaotic children who need to get some energy out, I can promise this is a great use of your money. Best of luck, parents. My intitial review is below but I am updating this on 8/9/2022. So as you can see my story down below I was not happy. I left this review and also sent a message directly to the seller (within the return period I must add). Within MINUTES on a Sunday evening I got a reply and was offered either a full refund or a replacement shipped once again at no cost even though the selling price was much higher since it was the height of the season. It showed up in 2 days, took me a few days to get to it but I was quite please how the replacement has held up. I expect these to lose minimal air at the fill port threads ( I added teflon tape to them) and in the last 2-3 weeks I've only had to top the air off one time. The 2nd slide was a much better experience for the kids. I thank whoever offered the replacement. You don't always get customer service but this time they were on point. If you do purchase one, make sure you have ample time to test it first as soon as you get it. Don't let it sit for months and blow past the return window. I get why the seller or company would not be obligated to do anything after that time. It just makes sense. So test it, make sure it's good early so if you do have a problem they can fix it. I can't tell you the amount of times a bunch of kids have gone down this slide and they love it every time. I will now recommend purchasing especially because of the customer service. I'm sorry it took so long to revise my review. Thank you. From the first fill up this thing leaked. I put a soft outdoor carpet down to protect it from punctures which helped but the leaks I kept chasing were all at the seams. I purchased professional heavy duty patch repairs that are used on heavier materials which held only to find there were 2 more leaks every time. The kids are disappointed. I guess because I bought it when it was on sale I got the defective one because the price is way up only a few weeks later. Anyone who is looking at this don’t, unless you want to patch it more than actually use it. I had hopes for it too because it is pretty big and looks nice for the few minutes the air holds it up. However, I won’t recommend it to anyone. Keep looking.

The kids ages 4-17 love it. Even grandpa went down. It is sturdy and does not move. This is our second one. The first one, a child tried climbing up from the flat part in the water and pulled it off. Not the manufacturer problem. Just adventurous boys. It did not leak even though that part came off. That one lasted two years of Florida summer sun and loads of kids and parties. Our second one is just as much fun but...it leaks water inside the slide somehow if the hose is connected. The water inside makes it impossible to move or deflate to store as we have yet to figure out how to get the water out. The image shows the hose connection which is where it seems the rings came loose around the edges. That is all we can figure. Intex brand has been great for durability and design. I know of friends who bought cheaper brands that did not last the summer We love Intex for all kinds of inflatable pool toys.

Purchased one of these slides 2 years ago. The slide was easy enough to inflate (with an electrical handheld air pump). All was well for a couple of months. We deflated the unit to store it away for the winter, only to find that it was full of water as well as air. We contacted the company for a replacement, and they wouldn't send us one until we had literally cut a piece of the existing slide, apparently to make sure that we weren't just trying to get a second slide for free. Eventually, they sent a new slide and that one worked well for about a year. At the start of this summer, we inflated it back up and everything seemed fine. We used it for a couple of weeks, and one of the sides sprung an air leak. Not a big deal, as it still retained most of the air and was ok for a couple of hours. However, after attempting to package it up again to close out this summer, I noticed the fitting that attaches to the water hose had completely disintegrated. I called the company to try to purchase a replacement part, and they told me that they don't have any parts available for purchase or replacement for this unit. So now, I have a water slide with a leak and no way to attach the water hose. If you are ok spending $90 for about 50 total hours of use, then this is a perfect choice.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday.. 2 years later and its still a hit. Have had no problems at all! Worth it!

The product is good for small kid below 12 years of age only. The connecting hole for the water inlet should have a seperate joint connector for various piping purposes which was not available. Durability is not as strong for the price and it lasted me for only 1 month of usage and it got flat. Quite disappointing for the duration usage.

This has had the most use of any pool accessory we have ever bought! It is large, but not too large. We remove it if we have a lot of people, or smaller/less skilled swimmers so they don't get stuck in/around it if it's fully in the pool. It has an inlet for water to spray the slide, which we found we didn't use much, but if it gets dry, you will need something to promote sliding! This is mostly in our pool and the kids run and jump/slide on it, jump from the side, crawl all over it, turn it upside down and use it as a house, and so much more. It takes a lot of abuse and is SO STURDY! (I believe it has a place underneath to attach a rope if you put it in open water too.) Works best when fully inflated. We use a leaf blower to inflate. Very, very happy with this product, and the price point.
