Approximately how long does it take to start feeling the effect of the tablets? I seem to remember reading it can take a month with glucosamine.

It does take 3-4 weeks to start feeling effects but since its a supplement and not a prescription drug, that's normal

Every one has different body chemistry .. and different needs ... the formulations are very similar ... for ME ... I use Move Free and Osteo Bi-Flex TOGETHER, and the combination seems to be the magic formula for my knees to work better ... and I have used both the MSM .. and the Ultra triple action ... and didn't see much difference .. except for the time it takes to assimilate into my body ... also the dosage recommended on the bottles are different .. as some take two or three a day .. and some the formula is stronger .. or has slow release and requires only ONE pill per day ... Hope that helps with your question ... but in my opinion ... you can't go wrong with either one of those products .... and Good Health to YOU ..

Hi when using this for knee aches and discomfort, how long before you start seeing results?

I noticed a difference within 3 weeks and by the 6th week the difference was quite noticeable. I have arthritis in both knees and work on concrete for 10-12 hours a day so having relief is very welcomed.

By my guesstimate the pill is 3/4 long, 1/4 wide and 1/4 thick. Not a small pill .
