Pimples are 100% GONE!!!
I only use this, applied with a Q-tip to the top of the blemish, usually after scratching it to open it up (I know, gross). Sometimes I also put a dot of Adult Acnomel Tinted Cream over that (since Clearasil stupidly stopped making their tinted acne medication). And my burgeoning little surface zits have been 100% Gone, always on my face of course, every single time. It dries them up and peels. Got it 1 year ago, just ran out. Highest rating!!! MIRACLE!
