Worked really well for a month and a half, and suddenly stopped working. I ended up opening it and noticed the ground wire snapped off the connection for the battery port, company provided me a refund to replace my device . Great water pressure and ease of use. Not loud at all, it’s power hungry though so you need a lot of big batteries for prolonged time of use. Didn’t have compatibility issues with my dewalt and off brand batteries

I had high hopes for this cordless portable washer, but it was a disappointment. The pressure was much weaker than expected, and it didn’t do a good job cleaning. It feels more like a light sprayer than a pressure washer. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for effective cleaning power.

I bought this item for my son's birthday in January. He just put it together and tried it, now that the weather is warmer, and it doesn't work. It turns on, you can cycle it, but it won't pump the water. I was going to return it to Amazon, but the time for a return had expired. He did all trouble shooting tips, but it still doesn't work. I bought the extended warranty, and have contacted them, but I haven't heard from them yet.

This is in no way a substitute for a real pressure washer. It does not have the power to really blast things. However, what it IS great for is places you do not have power or a hose and you want to spray something down. Since you can siphon from a bucket, you can use this in places where it would be difficult or impossible to get water in any significant fashion. If you AREN'T going to use it in that scenario, I would pass and buy a real plugin pressure washer.

Washed off my whole trailer had a whole bunch of green moss on it and whatnot worked great

This washer is not very powerful. I use it to clean our grill after work. It barely gets it done. I liked (past tense ) the nozzle. Easy to change settings. But it broke at the 14" connection where it comes out of the tool. There isn't an easy to find same brand connection, so going off brand of an already off brand tool, what couygo wrong. I had to laugh at one of their promo pictures, showing a worker with cloves, two handed shoulder height grip.... There is nowhere near enough power to need such a pose or strongarm grip as it looks in the pic. I frequently use it one handed.

I have had this for a month and have not once been able to get it to pull up water. It comes on, it just won't pull up the water. The problem is, I had it laid back for over a month before I brought it out to wash my windows only to find out it would run but not spray the water, so it's been too long to return it:(

I've had this for 7 months and still love it! Great value for the money and powerful enough for easy car and sidewalk cleaning. I don't use the 3 power settings. And it needs a bigger battery. You won't go far on a smaller batter. My biggest complaint is that you still need the plastic line to use with a garden hose. I wish the connectors would allow a direct connection. Otherwise, it's been great!

Very pleased with the product. I had noted others complained that the sprayer broke after a couple of uses. I researched this issue before purchase and found that internal valves may close if environment is cold/ dry. This stops water from entering the pump when using the sprayer in a suction mode. The fix is easy and attached here (as provided by the company) “Here's the step-by-step valve reset process for the ZiDeNex Cordless Pressure Washer: 1. Prepare Water Connection • Gather your pressure washer and hose • Locate a working tap or faucet • Use the included 3/4" faucet connector if needed 2. Connect to Tap • Attach the hose to the pressure washer's water inlet • Connect the other end to your tap using the appropriate connector • Ensure connections are secure (push firmly until fully seated) 3. Open Water Flow • Turn on the tap to allow pressurised water to flow through the system • Let water run for 30-60 seconds to fully open the valves • You should see water flowing out of the nozzle end 4. Test Operation • Turn off the tap • Install your battery (compatible Dewalt 20V) • Prime the trigger to test if normal pressure has returned • The pump should now draw water normally from any source.

Broke after 4 hrs of use refund wind closed 8 days ago so. i have a nice black yellow paper weight. Don't buy. Its has zero preasure. Other thsn breaking its great hahaha Light portable ok for small jobs def not powerful enough to do large areas is way to slow.

Would have easily given this a 4-5, Seems to work fine, great portable washer, don’t expect it to replace a high powered pressure washer but great foam cannon and definitely beats a hose for cleaning off road vehicles. I use mine with Dewalt 20v 5ah batteries and have no issues with the run time. Pump primed relatively easily. For the little test run I did I think it’s a great unit for the price and what I expected it to be capable of. So why 3 stars ? Pictures attached are of the box opening, the gun was defective out of the box, had to take it apart and re assemble the battery connector. It’s a small inconvenience sure, but a defect is a defect. If it’s broken out of the box how long will it actually last ? Time will tell. Overall not a bad purchase, providing it survives the summer I’ll call it a solid 3.5
