Hey I ordered the XL and the reason for this is bc I like "good" support instead of cutting circulations off to my heinous varicose veins. I like comfort instead of pain so I always order larger sizes in mind with possible shrinkage due to wash and my weight fluctuations over the years. I wash everything in medium hot and my large calf and thighs can use the larger size. I am half Japanese which I have the classic Japanese "working" calf. I am also Irish/English and stand 5'4" so my legs are compact and muscular. I never buy recommended size by the sellers/companies bc I am not built like the traditional slim/tall female. I've always been athletic, muscular and high percentage of Neanderthal DNA. Anyway, when I wear it, I do pull it up to remove small amount of slack bc I am shorter then the length of this stockings and I do have a small amount of excess around the upper portion of my thighs but it's not so loose that it works down my legs. I am pleased with the fit and it fits my short fat legs w/o pain and it supports my veins just fine and dandy.

Compression socks always seem to be difficult to fit properly. Everybody's different.Wore em one day, We're a little binding/uncomfortable in the crotch area for me.Cut the "panty" off and made em into "thigh highs", and cut a few small slits at thetop to "loosen up the compression. Now- no binding and circulation cutting. easy on, durable.Wish I had discovered these after #of years dealing with binding "knee highs". Also have use of"the extra leg". Definitely a five if they fit you.

I have a medical condition and is required to wear compression to help with the fluid build up. I really like these, they’re not to thick and not too thin. Pretty easy to put one and take off! Pretty close to skin color. I wear these under most my clothing!

Don't have to keep pulling them up like the ones that goes over the knee on the thigh

I liked the color, disliked the fact that the stocking keeps riding down my knees, so I pressing my vessels behind the knees which may further expose me to blood clots.

Thank you, thank you. These pantyhose are very good. Although, I still think they aren't the most comfortable things to wear, they were necessary for me to have because of varicose veins. I am getting used to them. The compression is great.

Some of the other brands feel very thin and I am fearful that I will tear them putting them on but these are thicker and more sturdy. The compression seems to be holding well, they haven't stretched out or lost their form yet.

I have knee problems and this product has help me with not having so much pain and I do not have to ware my brace when I ware this.
