Lijjat Pappadum Plain Flavour - 200g (pack of 3)

I recently bought the Lijjat Pappadum Plain Flavour (200g, pack of 3), and it’s quickly become a staple in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was how authentic they taste. Once roasted or fried, the pappadums turn perfectly crispy with that classic light, crunchy texture I was hoping for. The plain flavor is actually a big plus—it’s not overpowering, so it pairs really well with just about anything, from curries and rice to even simple chutneys or dips. I’ve tried both roasting them over an open flame and frying them, and they turned out great either way. Roasting keeps them lighter and healthier, while frying gives them a slightly richer, indulgent crunch. Either method brings out that familiar, comforting taste. Another thing I liked is the consistency. All the pappadums in the pack were intact and evenly made, with no broken pieces or weird textures. The packaging also kept them fresh and crisp until I was ready to use them. If I had one small complaint, it would be that they can go soft quickly if left out in the open, so you do need to store them properly after opening. But that’s pretty normal for pappadums. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a simple product, but it delivers exactly what you want—crispy, tasty, and versatile. I’d definitely buy it again, especially since the pack of three offers good value for money.

The best Pappadums that taste just like the ones at the Indian Restaurants. Easy to prepare in the microwave, altough it seems I need to nuke for a minute and a half instead of a minute.

Too salty for us, won’t purchase again. But they arrived in a nice packaging and intact. So I guess it’s a matter of flavor preferences.

I absolutely love these things!! I've bought the 3 pack about 5 times now and each time they come well packed and fresh! Pop a few in the microwave on a paper towel for a minute and you have a salty snack you'll crave! And if you're ordering (or cooking) Indian food then these are a MUST HAVE!!

It took some time for these to arrive but they were packaged so only a few broken. They are the same as we buy at an India Market in Virginia - so worth the wait. If you have time to wait for them - they are as advertised and we think quite good. --- Enjoy!

Sometimes I need a soup/stew accompaniment that isn't bread. These poppadoms provide lentils in a tasty way. And they're so easy to prepare: 30 seconds in the microwave. Please don't run out of these wonderful crisps!

Love poppadoms with our curry! Hard to find in rural Oregon and these are a great price too, much cheaper than Sharwoods!!!
