Good quality at a great price
I fell off a wall (dont ask !) and damaged the soft tissue in my foot. Minor Injuries advised icing every couple of hours, but to try and walk gently but normally: using compression.Need to be able to do this anyway as my Springer Spaniel needed his daily walks !Saw these at a good price with next day delivery for Prime Members so gave them a go (bought 2 so could wash one and wear other).I am a female UK size 5, with slightly wide feet (E fit) and having read some of the Q&As bought a medium. They were a very tight/snug fit ( as they need to be), without cutting off the circulation at the ankles. As soon as I had them on, walking was easier and a bit less painful. They provided excellent support and were comfortable to leave on all day (need to remove at night). Also, leaving them on when icing my foot gave protection against ice damage to skin.Much better value than the high street chemist.

So far so great!
Felt a bit tight at first but have had no problems wearing it for long periods of time. Whether it will help long-term I'm not sure yet, but so far so good. Less bulky than other supports so fits in normal shoes well. One month later.... I've now bought a second one! I have a weak ankle joint and have found that since wearing the support my ankle feels tighter and stronger, I get much less pain when wearing it and notice the difference when I don't wear it. I must admit I'm surprised how well it works for me. If you don't notice a difference at first, persevere, as it took a few weeks for me to notice a difference. Give it a go, you never know, it might help you too!

At last, relief for my “sporting injury”!
I damaged my Achilles’ tendon when leaping from my seat when England scored the winning penalty against Colombia - seriously, a sporting injury! After weeks of discomfort l bought this product. Then l kicked myself for not doing it earlier. It has really given my ankle some gentle, comfortable and firm support. I’m not hobbling about like an invalid anymore. I would really recommend this for anyone suffering from a sprain, Achilles tendonitis or similar ankle/heel problem.

Ankle Surgery avoided
This the third purchase, as left my spare on the plane! I have two of these supports, one to wear & the other to wash and change as wear every day. This is for an unstable left ankle, goes firmly on my ankle, under a sock and then a trainers. Means I can walk and have no pain, whereas before my foot was agony. I have been advised that my ankle requires surgery but outcome could be unsuccessful. My nurse practitoner suggested find a good strong ankle support and decent trainers and will avoid surgery, and so it is with Neo G. Also wear it with walking sandals and it looks okay. Thank you Neo G.

Sporadic relief from working a broken ankle hard
Apparently it can take up to 18 months of hard physio after the cast comes off. Three weeks in, my ankle screams at me. And even though my physio wants me to work it (rather than relying on support), I gave in and used this today as I could no longer walk after a weekend of DIY. And what a relief 3 hours in, this thing did me. Not only was I able to continue DIY-img a while longer, but my ankle felt less ‘screamy’ after I took it off. I’m a size 5, skinny feet and ankles, and ordered large after reading the reviews. I have a feeling small and medium are for kids. The large is the perfect balance of compression and comfort. Will no doubt be ordering another, so I have one spare over the next year or so. But I shall only use it when I cannot go on...as instructed by my physio

Excellent product. Definitely recommend for use!
I have a permanently damaged ankle, which I injured during an epileptic seizure. As I have osteoarthritis in it, I was given a support like this by my orthopaedic consultant, but it is a little bulky so I wanted something easier for everyday use. I found this on amazon, and I think it is amazing! I have bought a number of them, they are easy to wear and washable, which makes it so useful for everyday independent life! I would definitely recommend it to anyone with ankle problems, who needs a support for ease of mobility every day, as it is almost better quality than the hospital ones.

This is just what I needed
This is just what I needed someone ran into the back of my heel with an e-scooter and damaged my Achilles’ tendon which left me in a considerable amount of pain and discomfort, I tried a couple of ankle/heel supports but they were quite giving the support that the injury required, this item does the trick I read a couple of reviews of this and I have to say that the negative ones were most probably in need of some other solution for the ailment, when you receive the item it seems very tiny and question are asked whether it would even fit certain part of the anatomy let alone my foot but once you have put it on and manipulated it to your actual foot it’s absolutely fine, I made an educated guess and went for a medium I am a UK9.5 which I think is the largest size in medium, since using this item with the required ointments the injury is healing up nicely I’ve bought 2 more because I wear them daily and the need to be cleaned I wouldn’t wash these in anything over 30 or put put them in a tumble dry as you would most probably melt the elastic, I would also take these off before you go to sleep at night.

Very poorly made
After 5 uses, this ankle support is starting to disintegrate. The fabric isn't strong enough, especially where the label is sewn in. My photo shows how it ladders, much like women's tights. It's a shame, as it's very supportive, but I'd expect it to last hundreds of uses, like a support bandage does; even socks last for years. I can't believe this item, even if mine is particularly faulty, would last more than 9 or 10 wears.
