Bike Computer malfunction and design issue.
Don't waste your money. The price is right but it is a nightmare to install and setup and the instructions are nearly non-existant. After 4 months, the unit no longer measured speed. I checked the alignment and it was correct. I replaced the battery in both thee transmitter and the Computer, neither one of those was the problem. When I started to setup the computer again after the battery replacement, the only functions that I could set were the wheel diameter and the clock, none of the others were settable. Also, if you ever change the tire size or want to calibrate speed, you have to take the battery out of the computer and start the whole setup sequence all over.

Computer works okay, but has cheap wiring from the sensor to the computer base.
The wire going from the handlebars to the fork broke 2 days after I received and installed this. The computer worked pretty well for the short time I was able to use it, but I had to return it because of the broken wire.I used a Schwinn 20-Function Bike Computer I bought in late 2010 for more than 5 years and even switched it to several different bikes in that time period before I had the same problem and the wire broke near the sensor on the Schwinn computer. This one had a wire break in less than 48 hours and I had several zip ties around it up the forks to keep it away from the tire and rim and plenty of give where the forks met the bike frame so it wouldn't pull when turning the handlebars. This computer functioned pretty much like the Schwinn did, except for the fact that when this computer goes to sleep mode after a couple of minutes when not in use the clock stays on 24 hours a day even when you're not using it and drains the battery. The Schwinn computer went to sleep completely after a couple of minutes of inactivity.

Better of the two I've tried..
This unit is nice, decent size, easy to use & seems to be calibrated right, (after you input the tire size during set up). I got this & the Gen T® Wireless 32 Functions Large LCD Display Bicycle Computer Bike Odometer together. The Gen T is larger, the backlight can be made to stay on longer, it has a push button remote so you don't have to touch the unit to activate the backlight or cycle through. That said, it's harder to reset than this unit & with the Blusmart, the current MPH stays displayed even if you have it set to cycle through, or scan through other computer information. When I installed this & the Gen T unit I keep my wired cateye odometer on & the readings were spot on for both wireless units. In the end , the blusmart won out by being easier to work & keeping the MPH display up on the display no matter what display mode was chosen. The Gen T would cycle through & the MPH would temporarily disappear off the display, too annoying for me as I like to know my speed at all glances.

Doesn't display the correct speed
As others have mentioned the instructions are abysmal but if you've had a computer before you can figure it out. It can provide you with a good variety of information. I do like the back lighting but my biggest gripe is with the speed readout. The speed will flicker between a high and low number and then settle down for a short time and then flicker again. This flickering happens under any conditions - starting up, steady speed, slowing down. I adjusted the magnet into all kinds of position, moved it up and down the fork, just couldn't get it to work. The other stats (distance, time) it monitors seem ok but it is not confidence inspiring when it can't get the speed right.

Kinda frustrating. This computer can do all sorts of things and log lots of data. But setting it up is soooooo painful. Only a couple buttons to scroll through so many settings. There are too many things this comp can do and it makes the important ones useless because it is nearly impossible to setup. Either add more usable buttons or get ride of the mostly useless statistics.

Cheap Garbage - 3 out of 4 didn't work.
Cheap Garbage!!!!I purchased four of these for a fleet of bikes. Three of them didn't work, and I was so frustrated that I didn't even bother trying to make the fourth one work. Came in the plainest box and the instructions are atrocious. Typical Made in China CRAP!

Excellent
Used this on my folding bike. Good performance. As accurate as any other similar device.

It won't work !!!
Computer will not work ! I have worked on it for a month now thinking I had just some small thing set wrong but I am now convinced it will not read the pulse from the spoke magnet or transmit via Bluetooth to the computer on the handle bar all the distance are well within the requirements I have went to a app on my IPhone now and should have done that in the beginning. The phone is with me in a holder on the handle bar and goes wherever I go
