Good budget MP3 player. Weird bluetooth...
After having used this for a few weeks I noticed some things I liked about this MP3 player and some things I hated.Pros:- OK budget player- It was easy enough to sync using Windows Media Player or by dragging folders from music onto the device.- Sounded good with wired headphones (no issues)- Capacitive buttons are responsive- Looks good- Well constructedCons:- When connected via bluetooth, the first 3 seconds of music are cut off. I don't know why this is happening, if it did this when I first connected to BT, or if there is a fix. I looked under settings, but I can't really find an explanation for this.- The player mixed up all the artists, albums, and songs. "Folder view" is the best way to look for your music. However, even this was weird. Some other files were included here (ie. album art) and I often came across Chinese text instead of the file name.- It froze on me once when I was trying to shut it down. The screen was on, but black. I just left it in the car overnight and recharged it in the morning. But still.- The device doesn't "remember" BT connections. That means I have to manually turn on BT, search for device, and connect each time I turn the device on. Navigation is clunky, so this feels more time consuming than it should be.- The instructions are filled with "if _____ happens, email us and we will send you the correct file/program." That seems very odd to me.ConclusionI bought this because of the BT functionality and price. The sound is decent and it's nice having access to my music while off-line. However, I plan on buying a higher end MP3 player when I have the money.

This MP3 player works fine for what I wanted!
In the photos, I have included.A front view of the device. The left side view with the power button and Micro SD card slot, when inserting a Micro SD card the printed side of the SD card faces the towards the back of the player.Bottom view, headphone jack, and the mini USB charging or transfer port. The right side of the player with the volume up and down controls. The metal frame is really well built and makes this little device have a very premium weight and feel.So far, battery life has been very goodIt can use Micro SD cards of various capacities, I believe the advertisement states up to 128GB but I'm using a 32GB card. While it doesn't really have a touch screen per se, you control the menu using the screen below the view screen and after learning its design, those controls work fine.I like the physical buttons the one for power, on the left side of the device, and two buttons for volume on the right side. All have a good feel in use. While it does have a built-in speaker on the back of the device, shown in the photo, as one can expect it is so small sound quality is poor but you could use it to possibly find a point in listening then stop and listen again when connected via blue tooth or with headphones or a speaker for the much better sound. It does stay where you stop it.The screen is color and you can see cover art if you've gotten that in the download too. When there's no cover art there is an image of a record player for whatever is being listened too.You navigate by using the arrows, the right side goes down, the left up in the selection screen menu. Push the center circle to select or to start to play or pause. The bottom is 'return' and the top can be the menu or delete depending what screen you're looking at.To be honest, I wanted this player for my collection of Old Time Radio shows, some audio books and some converted analog to digital old comedy records I have.If Bluetooth is turned on, should it time out or be turned off the Bluetooth will need to be turned on again as the device doesn't automatically restart the Bluetooth mode.I have all my content on the SD card and haven't downloaded anything to the device itself and it does have a 16GB built-in capacity but downloading directly to the device via the USB or transferring content from the SD card would be no problem.Overall, a good purchase and a very good price for the features it comes with. In the plethora of MP3 players, I liked this one for the metal frame and the display and content menu system. I've had others that make it somewhat difficult to find content on an SD card, this one works great.I'd recommend it!

Small, great sound, easy to use and an absolute great choice in my opinion for the money. 👍👍👍👍👍
Purchased this for my mother for her birthday. She is afraid of apps on her smart phone. Basically she's afraid she'll accidently change something and won't be able to undo it. She walks a lot in the morning though and has been hinting about needing something to listen to music. I read reviews and looked at several products, uneasy about what to buy. This player is GREAT though for someone wanting to listen to audio books, music, record their voice as notes for remembering them later. It's so compact and tiny too so you can comfortably wear or fit it anywhere just about. The sound quality, battery life, all of it has been fantastic. If you want something larger, well don't buy this, but any other worries shouldn't be an issue if you read this comment. She has been tickled pink with it and I was as well for the money. Great product guys. Amazon always gives me so many options no matter what I'm looking at buying. What you're doing now works just fine and efficiently. Thanks again.

Likes to freeze up and Bluetooth's a pain
I can't give this a bad review because for $30-35 bucks it's not bad however what isn't good is pretty bad. Let me explain. I have had this for 3 months or so and I use it to hear music in my headphones when I practice my drums. Works good and it's loud enough too but every once in a while it will freeze up. Just stops. Screen will stay on whatever it was on and it does nothing. You can't turn it off, reset it...nothing. You have to wait for the battery to die before it will work again. Why is there no reset button? The other thing is the Bluetooth. It is a huge pain to get it to synch up and if it does, say in your car, it won't stay that way for long. I just use the cable and plug into the usb port and then it's good to go. To sum up my review, I don't regret buying it but I would not buy another one. Spend a few extra bucks and upgrade. Less stuff to deal with.
