I have two sets of these for 2 of my computers. They sound good and have a nice big volume knob

These are powerful speakers
I was blown away with these speakers and still am. The sound is crystal clear with no hums like lots of computer speakers have. The Built-in Headphone & AUX Input Jacks are a plus too since i don't have to reach behind my Mac and try to locate the ports. There is one problem which i hope maybe someone would know why? If waking Mac up from sleeping the volume controls do no function on the keyboard and have to restart the computer than every things okay. This DOES NOT effect the volume control on the speaker. Would anyone care to guess why? All in all these are worth every penny.

good sound good buy
The sound quality for voice is fine and for classical music is very nice indeed--i cldnt stand the sound of some cheap ones a friend had me try out. My only complaint is that for my elder ears the sound is not loud enuf. It does give my tablet and cellfone a boost but i would like it louder. However im glad to have the increase, which enables me to hear in a quiet room without straining to get physically very close to the sound source. The volume adjustment is easy to use. I wish it would be battery operated but i cant have everything! Overall well worth the money.

DO NOT BUY - BAD SPEAKERS
I bought these speakers back in June and I just took them out to use them in November. These speakers have ok sound, but there is this really distracting sound/static in the background that make them unusable. It's impossible to listen to anything when you hear this annoying sound/static in the background. I contacted customer service, but unless I was willing to spend money shipping them back, they were not willing to help me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE SPEAKERS as they are JUNK.

A little more umph at the bass would be terrific!
This unit has a very limited frequency response from its speakers. Stereo loses much of the lower sound spectrum and a little at the upper part, as well. If the bass could have a little more boost, it would be a remarkable value for the money.

One of the best budget computer speakers to buy.
Great value at such a low cost. Sound production is clear and clean. The volume output is also free from distortion. I have been listening to my speakers all week, and I feel very happy that I chose the SonaVerse UB2.
