This beauty is marvelous! It isn’t 17 inches (16 in fact), but that doesn’t matter! At this price and quality, you cannot go wrong. It is heavy and strong, but light enough that an old man like myself can manage it with ease. The handles make it a breeze. It is everything you could ever want in an all-wood board…no warps, disfigured edges or blems. Your knives will appreciate how smooth the surface is and your meat juices won’t overflow.
