I wrote a poor review as I am 85 and did not know apps sorted my problem, sorry about that, I like ie.

Excellent photo frame. This is not the cheapest but is produces great quality images. It also has BRILLIANT customer service ( more about this later) Easy to upload images without limit and no need for subscription (unlike other cheaper frames on the market) . I have transferred about 200 from the iPhone using the Kodak app. However, I also have a huge number of images taken on digital cameras and stored on my PC. Connect the photoframe to the PC using the mini usb lead. It then appears as a device in your file explorer. You can then drag and drop from the PC to the "cloud storage" folder on the photo frame. I transferred a couple of hundred very quickly. You can also plug in a memory stick full of pictures to add to what is stored on the frame. Happy days. Unfortunately, it developed a fault after just under 2 years of continual use. Contact with customer support at ROFANTY produced a prompt and courteous reply. They offered to send a replacement free of charge; only asking that when I received it, I use the packaging to send to faulty one back to them. I cannot fault their response. Hopefully the replacement will continue to give much pleasure over the years.

Ottimo prodotto corredato da un'ottima app che consente di caricare le foto direttamente dal telefono. Buono il SW della cornice e ottima la cornice in legno, che tra l'altro può essere sostituita nel caso si volesse rinnovare il prodotto. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr einfach in Betrieb zu nehmen und verschiedene Eingänge zu nutzen. Tolle Bildqualität, nur zum besseren Anschauen der Bilder im Querformat sollte man das Format anpassen.

Pessima esperienza con questo prodotto. Peggio ancora con l'assistenza! Delusione totale!!! Dopo innumerevoli email al centro assistenza (il prodotto dă subito dato problemi di funzionamento) documentati con video e foto non ho avuto alcun riscontro per la soluzione del problema. Ancora da dicembre 2025,dal acquisto ,che sto cercando in qualche maniera un riscontro. Delusione totale. Amazon direttamente non aiuta in questo caso, ma ti mandano a contattare il venditore in Germania.
