First I love the color. You can feel the craftsmanship when you pick this thing up. Use it for heavy squats and deadlifting. Feels broken in already. I am glad I listened to a guy that said if you are between sizes, Personally my waist is about 38.5 . I was thinking I should get the large. Instead I got the medium, I am glad I did. When tight it I get on about the third notch. My guess is a large would have been almost too big to get super tight. Great belt , love it

I had the XL version of this belt but lost 80+ pounds and got too small to wear it. I did not bother "shopping" around when it came time to replace it. I loved my first belt so much it broke my heart to set it free. No idea how a belt could be better than this. Great product, quick shipping and great customer service. When I was debating on whether I need a Large or a Medium they actually sent me "chart" to help me understand the exact size difference between the XL, L, and M. Dominion could NOT have been more helpful. I heard about Dominion Belts on the Barbell Logic Podcast who highly recommend them. The bad news is I don't think I'll ever have to buy another belt this one will last longer than I will ;-)

The quality of the leather, rivets, buckle, and craftmanship are awesome. I would not randomly let anyone borrow my belt, but I had 2 friends tried my belt on and as soon as they grab it they were impressed. And even more impressed after squatting with the belt on - jaw-dropping (WTF) and I am not exaggerating. I am a waist 31 and the small fits me on the 4th hole - it's perfect and secure. I had the belt for over 2 months already and it's breaking easily into my waist. Plus the olive color is unique and the suede leather is pure quality - It's a Luxury Good for Squatting.

Excellent belt. Can tell it’s high quality and handmade. A lot of bang for the buck. It does take a while to get to you but it’s worth it.I am returning it and ordered a smaller size because I am an idiot and didn’t think about how you don’t put on a belt loosely.Update: 9/17/20: One year later and still going strong!! Only complaint is the suede is starting to slightly peel where you feed it into the belt loop. Nothing a little contact cement won’t fix!

High quality construction and material. No defects from production or shipping. Only a few sessions in, but I already know I'll be using this for life. I chose the 3" instead over the 4" for a few reasons. I'm short, so the 4" belt digs in to my ribs or hips, the 3" doesn't impede positioning on deadlifts or cleans either, and I'm not lifting competitively so I don't need both.

Super supportive belt that I use for deadlifting. Short break-in period and after that it's very comfortable.

The quality of this belt 8s outstanding. Im very glad i spent the money on something of this high quality.The fit is wonderful. 8m using this from squats, presses and deadlifts. The 3" seems to be he great for me. I have never used a 4".

It's a good belt. And from the hanging rack in my gym I'd say it's a popular one too. Many an abdominal wall has been preserved by the sturdy leather construction, and as I progress, I get to tighten it up a notch. Win-win.
