I have no opinion about durability as I just bought them recently. They wash up well, though. I bought 2 packages of 6 pairs and was impressed enough with the quality that I gave one package to my oldest son who is a gym rat and all around workout king. He was very appreciative and seems to like them, too. I intend to buy more when I have the need.

TOP NOTCH socks!
After lots of research here on Amazon reviews, I chose the Bering Ankle Running socks because so many reviews were positive, the socks were good looking, were ankle high for my golf shoes and reviewers said the socks didn't slip down into the shoe. Also, they were breathable and not bulky. Everything fit. Socks arrived quickly in a nice quality zippered bag which I could use for travel, etc. The fit was perfect (even after their first wash with no shrinkage), socks are soft and my foot slipped easily into my golf shoe with no bulkiness. The sock stayed put, no slipping down at the heel, which I hate. I didn't really need six pairs of socks nor did I think I wanted to pay $20 or so for six pairs of socks but am I glad I did! Great quality and fit, toe seam is so smooth and comfortable. This was the perfect sock for me. And, now with six pairs, I won't have to worry about purchasing socks for quite awhile. Bering is a new name to me but I'm impressed with their quality.

Came back for more.
My second set of these socks. Fit great, well made, comfortable on my feet and the height of the neck guarantee they never slide down. Good compression without squeezing my feet. wicks sweat and doesn’t cause blistering, I no longer used my old running socks. Recommended!!
