Why has this suddenly shot way up in price?

I have been using this for years and the only store that carried it in my area was Lowe's. Now they don't. Perhaps that is why it shot up in price. And, I think a lot of people prefer the spray-n-go cleaners these days. This is a product you have to dilute with water and use with a bucket and mop.

Is this a concentrate or ready to use?

concentrate. for the kitchen floor in our church I use 3 cap fulls per gallon of water.

is this safe for terrazzo flooring?

The product says the floor cleaner is good for all no wax vinyl, ceramic and stone floors. Sorry, I don't know what terrazzo. Been using this product since 2010 when I had new flooring installed. Ceramic tile is included for uses on the bottle but I cant speak to tile. I use it on my laminate floors and its great

Excellent product

This is the third bottle I’ve bought. It does great job on the floor getting the dirt and grime off. Leaves an industrial smell in the air. The vinyl plank flooring looks brand new after using this product
