Rinse thoroughly shungite stones, but without soap, under running water. Put the shungite stones in a glass or enamel container and pour cold water in the following proportions: 100 g of shungite per 1 liter of water. As scientists have identified, in 30 minutes the water will be cleared and acqures and expressed antibacterial activity, but the best results the water has after standing with shungite 24 hours. Pour the ready water into another container and add new portion of water to a container with shungite. If you see sediment in the water, do not worry, this is harmless and a few minutes the sediment will settle down. For the therapeutic and preventive purposes it is recommended to drink no more than 250 ml of shungite water per day. There are no contradictions. It is recommended to rinse shungite stones once a month under running water and put it out in the sun to recharge for healing the properties.

Quantity is Perfect for the price
The quantity you receive is fine. The quality seems to be fine, but won't know for sure until I take it over to person who I normally buy all of my crystals from. Shipping was slow (although it was sent within the states).Also, note to the buyer, nothing is in the box but the bag of stones. No directions, no history or information, no benefits or what to learn about this stone. So you better go ahead and find something on the Internet and be prepared. I can tell you personally, make sure you wash them. Yes, your hands will be black as its carbon base. Soak them in the water, don't put a lid on top of it. Don't use plastic to make your water, as the rocks will pull from the plastic. So make your water in a glass container, but you can after its made pour it in a plastic container for the fridge if you so wish.

just received this morning this product Need to rinse those stones before you put in a glass jar your fingers get black because of the dust on the stones Just 3 rinses and it was clear and fingers get clean easy I also placed a clear crystal in the water as on you-tube someone suggested now I need to wait 24 hours some say 36 hours under sun light and moon light there are no instruction that come with it but you-tube got a few videos that helpdirections that will help you to purified water next time I will buy the elite Shungite the polish one will keep you posted

It took a while for this to get to me as it was shipped from Russia but I am very happy with it. It really cleanses water and water tastes so good after even half a day of soaking shungite in it. It's the best price including shipping, too.

not sure if i believe it!
i don't know if this did anything at all to my water. but i was alarmed when these stones started to turn colors like gold. they said it was natural, but i wonder if this shungite craze is just crap.
