Good, but definitely not THAT good
Definitely not as mature as you'd expect, as it badly triggers my lactose intolerance (other grated mature cheese brands don't). It's fresh enough to stick to the plastic bag. It's not like there's many more alternatives here. I also find it funny that on Aug 17 2021 this product received 160 5 star reviews. Why am I leaving 1 star? That's the appropriate rating a bit more in the direction where the ratings should be.
