Lord Of The Rings: Gandalf Sword for Adults by Rubies, No Size

The sword is smaller than I expected but I still like it. It makes a good parrying blade with a full size one.

This is a toy, so don't get your hopes up that it will be a shining replica of the sword from the movie, but it's a pretty good toy replica. My daughter and I were and are able to have multiple sword fights and no damage to the sword or each other. It is light and unless a child were REALLY trying, they will not get hurt with it or hurt anyone else.

This toy is short, shorter and smaller than the light-up "Sting". It is for a 5 year old granddaughter who wanted a princess sword, so it will work great. But wow, is it short. Don't expect to use this with a costume as an adult, unless you are, as Tree Beard says, very small yourself. It also isn't very sturdy, so how long it will last will be a race between how quickly she breaks it verses how quickly she attacks someone/thing she shouldn't and it is taken away.

It's a plastic toy sword. My boys broke it within two weeks. I think it serves it's purpose and my boys are just destructive lol. It looks like the picture and you get what you paid for.

The design is cool, and the plastic is pretty sturdy, but the paint started rubbing off the day my son opened it. Kind of disappointing for something he looked forward to for weeks. He's still enjoying it, and we'll probably just repaint it, but I was kinda bummed.

This sword has been a great toy at our house. I have 4 boys ages 11-5 and they love to play Lord of the Rings in the backyard. We have 5 of the Lord of the rings swords. They have all been sturdy and have lasted since Christmas and it is now almost May. My kids play with this sword often and relatively roughly and it still looks and works great!

Very flimsy, sloppily made, very small… All of that for $20? Sorry, but it should be $7.

So, let me just say, this sword was SMALL. It pretty much is what i wold imagine Sting would be like, but its supposed to be Gandalf's Foe Hammer! HA ! The odd thing was the box it was shipped in what MASSIVE, however the sword came very bent, possibly from heat?...maybe... Either way it is a cheap plastic sword at an expensive price. I paid 13.99 for it, looking at it i think it should have been 5.00, maybe 3.00 . Either way, purchase at your own peril! I apologize for no picture, i have already wrapped it ( its a present for my son) so no picture, sorry folks!

Ich würde weniger Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Billig verarbeiteres Plastikteil, was auch noch verbogen ankam. Super enttäuscht - vor allem bei einem Preis von 35 Euro!
