These are very heavy duty and will deter thieves. Professional thieves are NOT stopped by anything, but for the casual thief or kid these work great. For the price versus many other solutions, these are very reasonable for 10' length. We also purchased long shank MAGNUM locks (all keyed the same) to go with. An excellent solution. We use to cable together a $500 portable freezer/reefer with a ($700) 500 watt solar generator and ($200) portable solar panel to any stationary object like concrete picnic table, wrought iron fence, etc... when we camp and are away from the site for any length of time. They work great in unison with the long shank MAGNUM locks purchased separately, I would havbe not problem using these cables to lock down my $2,000 electric bike too or other tools or valuables. Again, a professional thief isn;t stopped by any lock or alarm per se. Short of professional thieves who aren't focused on a family campsite, these deter and will/do stop the casual theif or mayhem makers from hauling off with your property. We us the Club products too to provide additional deterrent and locking of some older, vintage cars we have too. And, their products, like the double arm Club steering wheel lock and these cables are solid for the price. Highly recommend.

Good vinyl covering so as not to scratch paint or composites, long enough to lock and secure several bikes, died not have nasty tight coul that snaps away from where you are trying to thread it thru. Peace if mind that my item are secured and not scratched up… make sure you have lock with larger hasp, my circular “ moon lock” would not reach around two lengths of this cable, but medium size U lock works fine.

Let's face it, any cable can be cut with bolt cutters or a decent cordless cutting wheel tool, period. Locking with a cable simply prevents crimes of opportunity. This one is thicker than the first one I bought years ago. Its true that the plastic coating is thick, but the cable underneath is thick enough. I like the extra length this thing supplies. Good for locking multiple bikes on a rack, or locking the wheels and the frame all together.

A bicycle cable on steroids. There are a few negative reviews indicating that buyers found this cable cut . I think that a bolt cutter would cut through this thing in no time. Someone also complained that it did not function as a "pull chain" for 200 pounds. This is really just a heavy duty bicycle security cable. My deceased father told me that locks just keep honest people honest. This cable, used with a good quality padlock, will do just that. It is not 10 feet, it is 9 feet one inch. There is a metal crimp at each end, covered by a removable black plastic sleeve. It is not heavy or stiff, but is certainly "heavy duty" as security cables go. If you want to pull or lift heavy things, use a heavy chain. If you want security for very expensive things, use a heavy chain. If you want to keep honest people (or children) honest for under $10, you should be very happy with this.

This is exactly what it states. A long coated cable system, that is about as thick as you are going to get for such an item. It's well made and has a nice think ruby colored coating. You can lock several things up at once due to the long length.

Awesome product, nothing bad to say, will buy again if needed.

This is a very good cable for my use. My Ram 3500 has D rings on the inside of the bed close to the cab on each side. I was looking for a security cable that was between 7 and 9 feet around the 3/8 inch range. Hard to find! I bought weatherproof looks for both sides and ran this cable through 4 safety gas cans (actually diesel). Now I can carry my fuel in the bed and feel they are pretty secure. I tried another cable but it was too fat for the locks and the rings. I have not tested this as a pull cable so I can't say anything about the ring strength. It's holding up very well through the rain and snow. I have several Winner International products and all have been good so far.
