This is not a terrycloth robe!
The Oxford definition of terrycloth is "a fabric with raised uncut loops of thread covering both surfaces, used especially for towels." Kind of like those great robes in hotels. This robe is not even close to that definition. I wanted something that would keep me warm in the winter and be absorbent post-shower. This is some sort of very thin material (I'm not sure it's 100% cotton as advertised. There's no tag on it showing what it's made of.) that won't be warm and has no plushness to it at all. The description is misleading and should have "terrycloth" removed. I'm confused how other reviewers can call this warm. It might be a good Summer robe but it's useless for what I wanted. This is why I have been skeptical about buying clothes on line. I'll try to return it but live remotely so I'm not sure how.

Sehr dünner Stoff
Der Stoff des Mantels ist sehr dünn. Davon war ich schon ein wenig enttäuscht dachte mir aber, okay, für im Sommer vielleicht nützlich. Soweit kam der Mantel aber nicht. Nach etwa einem Monat ist da schon ein Loch drin. Kann vom Kauf nur abraten.
